SWEDEN

Delivery time

• Interior details such as blankets, cushion covers, bedding, and ceramics are normally shipped within 2-7 business days.
• In-stock furniture is normally shipped within 3-14 business days.
• Made-to-order furniture is normally shipped within 6-8 weeks.During high season, summer and Christmas, made-to-order items are shipped within 9-11 weeks instead.

Delivery and in-home delivery

• Throughout Sweden, you can choose curbside delivery or in-home delivery to a designated location. Prices for this depend on where you live in the country and are displayed at checkout when you enter your postal code. Please note that in-home delivery does notinclude unpacking, assembly, or removal of packaging.
• In some parts of the country, you can also choose assembly with your delivery. This is done at an extra cost and applies to our sofas, armchairs, and ottomans which are assembled on-site by delivery personnel.
• If you have ordered products from our details assortment with the shipping method "Delivery to Service Point," these will be sent with PostNord or DHL to your nearest service point. This also applies to detail products ordered in conjunction with a larger piece of furniture, such as a sofa or armchair.
• If you have ordered products from our details assortment with the shipping method "Self Pick-up," these can be collected from our store in Gamla Stan.
• Please be sure to measure doorframes, stairs, and other spaces that may limit access during delivery. As a consumer, you are responsible for ensuring that the furniture you have ordered can be delivered to the desired location. Returns due to limited space are handled as regular returns where you, as the customer, will be charged for failed delivery.
• Please note that you, as the customer, will be charged for the return shipping and any new shipping costs if you are not home or for any other reason cannot receive your item at the agreed-upon delivery time.

Archipelago deliveries

• For deliveries to the archipelago, delivery normally takes place to the last location accessible by road. If you wish for delivery further out into the archipelago, for example, to a ferry terminal or jetty on the island, this can in some cases be arranged at an additional cost. Please contact our customer service at info@melimelihome.seat the time of your order so we can investigate the possibilities and provide a price proposal. Please note that delivery to a private jetty requires that the jetty is accessible and safe for transport, and that the carrier can dock with a boat.

Assembly

• All furniture is generally delivered fully assembled in one piece (1 package). This does not apply to our modular sofas where each module is delivered separately.
• Depending on the fabric choice, our Luca 3-seater sofas are delivered with one or both armrests disassembled.

Right of withdrawal and return

• If your item is an in-stock item at the time of your order, you have the right to return your item within 14 days from the date your order was received.The item must be in unused condition, with undamaged packaging and all tags intact.
• For sofas, armchairs, headboards, ottomans, covers, or other items that are made-to-order at the time of the order, the right of withdrawal applies for 14 days from the date the order was placed. This is because the item is specially ordered or specially manufactured. For exercising the right of withdrawal after 14 days from the placed order, 30% of the product price will not be refunded.
• In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, MELIMELI offers an extended right of return for a total of 100 days on our furniture, under the same conditions as for the right of withdrawal. To exercise your right of return, the product must be in saleable condition in its original, unopened packaging.
  
  If your product was an in-stock item at the time of order, the full product price will be refunded upon approved return. No shipping or return costs will be refunded.
  If your product was a made-to-order item instead, 70% of the product price will be refunded, with the 30% down payment being non-refundable. No shipping or return costs will be refunded.
  
  
• The extended right of return does not apply to products from our range of interior details.
• Extended right of return during Christmas for interior details:To ensure you feel confident with your Christmas gift purchases, we have extended the right of return. For all orders placed in November and December, the right of return applies until January 7th. This applies to unopened packaging and upon presentation of a receipt or order number.

• Please note that a deduction may be made if the product's value has decreased as a result of it being handled more than necessary to ascertain its characteristics or function. This may apply, for example, if the return conditions are not met, such as the product not being in new condition or if the original packaging is damaged or missing.

Refund

• Refunds are processed when the return has been received and approved.
• When exercising the right of withdrawal, the full amount for the product will be refunded. Please note that if the item has already been shipped, the shipping cost will not be refunded, and you as the customer are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• In case of a return, you as the customer are responsible for the condition of the goods during return shipping.
• Return shipping for interior details is SEK 150. For furniture, the return shipping is the same as the shipping price you paid when ordering and delivering your furniture.

Unclaimed packages or goods

• If you, as the customer, do not collect your item from the service point within the specified timeframe from PostNord or DHL, it will be returned to us as an unclaimed package. For this, we charge an administrative fee of SEK 150, in addition to the costs for shipping and return shipping. This administrative cost applies to smaller items shipped with PostNord or DHL, regardless of order value.
• If you, as the customer, have chosen the "Self Pick-up" shipping option, the following applies:
  
  For smaller interior details that can be picked up at our store in Stockholm, your item will be ready for pick-up for 14 days from the time we processed your order. If you have not picked up your item within that timeframe, the item will be returned to stock and you will be charged an administrative fee of SEK 50. The remaining amount will be refunded to your chosen payment method.
  
  
• If you, as a customer, for any reason, are not at home or cannot receive your item at the agreed delivery time, you will be charged for the return shipping to our warehouse and any new shipping cost.
