SWEDEN

Delivery time

• Interior details such as blankets, cushion covers, bedding, and ceramics are usually shipped within 2-7 business days.
• In-stock furniture is usually shipped within 3-14 business days.
• Made-to-order furniture is usually shipped within 6-8 weeks.During peak seasons, summer and Christmas, made-to-order items are shipped within 9-11 weeks.

Delivery and In-home Delivery

• Throughout Sweden, you can choose curbside delivery or delivery with in-home placement to a designated location. The prices for this depend on where in the country you live and are displayed at checkout when you enter your postal code. Please note that in-home deliverydoes notinclude unboxing, assembly, or removal of packaging.
• In some parts of the country, you can also choose assembly with your delivery. This is done at an extra cost and applies to our sofas, armchairs, and ottomans, which are assembled by delivery personnel on-site.
• If you have ordered products from our detail assortment with the shipping method "Delivery to Service Point," these will be sent with PostNord or DHL to your nearest service point. This also applies to detailed products ordered in conjunction with a larger piece of furniture, such as a sofa or armchair.
• If you have ordered products from our detail assortment with the shipping method "Pick Up Yourself," these can be collected from our store in Gamla Stan.
• Be sure to measure door frames, stairs, and other spaces that may limit accessibility during delivery. As a consumer, you are responsible for ensuring that the furniture you have ordered can be delivered to the desired location. Returns due to limited space are handled as standard returns where you, as the customer, are charged for failed delivery.
• Please note that as a customer, you will be charged for return shipping and any new shipping costs if you are not home or for any other reason cannot receive your item at the agreed-upon delivery time.

Archipelago deliveries

• For deliveries to the archipelago, delivery usually takes place at thelast accessible point by car road. If you wish for further delivery into the archipelago, for example, to aferry terminal or jetty on the island, this can sometimes be arranged at anadditional cost. Contact our customer service atinfo@melimelihome.sein conjunction with your order, and we will investigate the possibilities and provide a price proposal. Please note that delivery to a private jetty requires that the jetty isaccessible and safe for transport, and that the carrier can dock with a boat.

Assembly

• All furniture is generally delivered pre-assembled in one piece (1 package). This does not apply to our modular sofas, where each module is delivered separately.
• Depending on the fabric choice, our Luca 3-seater sofas are delivered with one or both armrests disassembled.

Right of withdrawal and return

• If your item is an in-stock item at the time of your order, you have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.The item must be in unused condition, with undamaged packaging and all labels intact.
• For sofas, armchairs, headboards, footstools, upholstery, or other items that are made-to-order at the time of order, the right of withdrawal applies for 14 days from the date the order was placed. This is because the item is specially ordered or custom-made. If the right of withdrawal is exercised after 14 days from the placed order, 30% of the product price will not be refunded.
• In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, MELIMELI offers an extended return policy of a total of 100 days on our furniture, under the same conditions as for the right of withdrawal. To exercise your right of return, the product must be in saleable condition in unopened packaging.
  
  If your product was an in-stock item at the time of order, the full product price will be refunded upon approved return. No shipping or return costs will be refunded.
  If your product was a made-to-order item, 70% of the product price will be refunded, with the 30% down payment being non-refundable. No shipping or return costs will be refunded.
  
  
• The extended return policy does not apply to products from our range of interior details.
• Extended return policy during Christmas for interior details:To ensure you feel confident with your Christmas gift purchases, we have extended the right of return. For all orders placed in November and December, the right of return applies until January 7th. This applies to unopened packaging and upon presentation of a receipt or order number.

• Please note that a deduction may be made if the product's value has decreased as a result of being handled more than necessary to determine its characteristics or function. This may apply, for example, if the return conditions are not met, such as the product not being in new condition or if the original packaging is damaged or missing.

Refund

• Refunds are processed when the return has been received and approved.
• When exercising the right of withdrawal, the full sum for the product will be refunded. Please note that if the item has already been shipped, the shipping cost will not be refunded, and you as the customer will bear the cost of return shipping.
• In case of a return, you as the customer are responsible for the condition of the item during the return shipment.
• The return shipping for interior details is 150 SEK. For furniture, the return shipping is the same as the shipping price you paid when ordering and delivering your furniture.

Unclaimed packages or goods

• If you, as the customer, do not pick up your item from the agent within the specified timeframe from PostNord or DHL, it will be sent back to us as an unclaimed package. For this, we charge an administrative fee of 150 SEK, in addition to the costs for shipping and return shipping. This administrative cost applies to smaller items sent with PostNord or DHL, regardless of the order value.
• If you, as the customer, have chosen the shipping option "Pick Up Yourself," the following applies:
  
  For smaller interior details that can be picked up at our store in Stockholm, your item will be ready for collection for 14 days from the time we processed your order. If you have not picked up your item within that timeframe, the item will be returned to stock, and you will be charged an administrative fee of 50 SEK. The remaining amount will be refunded to your chosen payment method.
  
  
• If you, as the customer, for any reason, are not home or cannot receive your item at the agreed delivery time, you will be charged for the return shipping to our warehouse and any new shipping costs.
