Delivery and In-home Delivery

  • Throughout Sweden, you can choose curbside delivery or delivery with in-home placement to a designated location. The prices for this depend on where in the country you live and are displayed at checkout when you enter your postal code. Please note that in-home deliverydoes notinclude unboxing, assembly, or removal of packaging.
  • In some parts of the country, you can also choose assembly with your delivery. This is done at an extra cost and applies to our sofas, armchairs, and ottomans, which are assembled by delivery personnel on-site.
  • If you have ordered products from our detail assortment with the shipping method "Delivery to Service Point," these will be sent with PostNord or DHL to your nearest service point. This also applies to detailed products ordered in conjunction with a larger piece of furniture, such as a sofa or armchair.
  • If you have ordered products from our detail assortment with the shipping method "Pick Up Yourself," these can be collected from our store in Gamla Stan.
  • Be sure to measure door frames, stairs, and other spaces that may limit accessibility during delivery. Archipelago deliveries

  • For deliveries to the archipelago, delivery usually takes place at thelast accessible point by car road. If you wish for further delivery into the archipelago, for example, to aferry terminal or jetty on the island, this can sometimes be arranged at anadditional cost. This is because the item is specially ordered or custom-made. If the right of withdrawal is exercised after 14 days from the placed order, 30% of the product price will not be refunded.
  • In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, MELIMELI offers an extended return policy of a total of 100 days on our furniture, under the same conditions as for the right of withdrawal. To exercise your right of return, the product must be in saleable condition in unopened packaging.

    If your product was an in-stock item at the time of order, the full product price will be refunded upon approved return. No shipping or return costs will be refunded.
    If your product was a made-to-order item, 70% of the product price will be refunded, with the 30% down payment being non-refundable. No shipping or return costs will be refunded.

  • If you, as the customer, do not pick up your item from the agent within the specified timeframe from PostNord or DHL, it will be sent back to us as an unclaimed package. For this, we charge an administrative fee of 150 SEK, in addition to the costs for shipping and return shipping. This administrative cost applies to smaller items sent with PostNord or DHL, regardless of the order value.
  • If you, as the customer, have chosen the shipping option "Pick Up Yourself," the following applies:

    For smaller interior details that can be picked up at our store in Stockholm, your item will be ready for collection for 14 days from the time we processed your order. If you have not picked up your item within that timeframe, the item will be returned to stock, and you will be charged an administrative fee of 50 SEK. The remaining amount will be refunded to your chosen payment method.
