SWEDEN

Delivery time

• Interior design details such as blankets, cushion covers, bedding, and ceramics are usually shipped within 2-7 business days.
• Furniture in stock is usually shipped within 3-14 business days.
• Made-to-order furniture is usually shipped within 6-8 weeks.During peak seasons, summer and Christmas, made-to-order items are shipped within 9-11 weeks.

Delivery and in-home delivery

• Throughout Sweden, you can choose curbside delivery or delivery with in-home placement to a designated spot. The prices for this depend on where in the country you live and will be displayed at checkout when you enter your postcode. Please note that in-home deliverydoes notinclude unboxing, assembly, or removal of packaging.
• In some parts of the country, you can also choose assembly with your delivery. This is subject to an extra cost and applies to our sofas, armchairs, and ottomans, which are assembled on-site by delivery personnel.
• If you have ordered products from our retail assortment with the shipping method "Delivery to Service Point", these will be sent via PostNord or DHL to your nearest service point. This also applies to retail products ordered in conjunction with a larger piece of furniture, such as a sofa or armchair.
• If you have ordered products from our retail assortment with the "Self-Pickup" shipping method, these can be picked up at our store in Gamla Stan.
• Be sure to measure doorways, stairwells, and other spaces that may limit accessibility during delivery. As a consumer, you are responsible for ensuring that the furniture you have ordered can be delivered to the desired location. Returns due to limited space are handled as standard returns, where you as the customer will be charged for the failed delivery.
• Please note that you as a customer will be charged for return shipping and any new shipping costs if you are not home or for any other reason cannot receive your item at the agreed delivery time.

Archipelago deliveries

• For deliveries to the archipelago, delivery usually takes place to thelast accessible location by car road. If you wish for further delivery into the archipelago, for example, to aferry terminal or pier on the island, this can sometimes be arranged at anadditional cost. Please contact our customer service atinfo@melimelihome.sewhen placing your order, and we will investigate the possibilities and provide a price proposal. Please note that delivery to a private pier requires the pier to beaccessible and safe for transport, and that the carrier can dock with a boat.

Assembly

• All furniture is generally delivered pre-assembled in one piece (1 package). This does not apply to our modular sofas, where each module is delivered separately.
• Depending on the fabric choice, our Luca 3-seater sofas are delivered with one or both armrests disassembled.

Right of withdrawal and return

• If your item is in stock at the time of your order, you have the right to return your item within 14 days from the date your order was received.The item must be in unused condition, with undamaged packaging, and all labels must be intact.
• For sofas, armchairs, headboards, ottomans, covers, or other items that are made-to-order at the time of the order, the right of withdrawal applies for 14 days from the date the order was placed. This is because the item is specially ordered or custom-made. For exercising the right of withdrawal after 14 days from the placed order, 30% of the product price will not be refunded.
• In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, MELIMELI offers an extended right of return of a total of 100 days on our furniture, under the same conditions as for the right of withdrawal. To exercise your right of return, the product must be in saleable condition in unopened packaging.
  
  If your product was in stock at the time of order, the full product price will be refunded upon approved return. No shipping or return costs will be refunded.
  If your product was a made-to-order item, 70% of the product price will be refunded, with a 30% down payment being non-refundable. No shipping or return costs will be refunded.

• Return shipping for interior design details is SEK 150. For furniture, return shipping is the same as the shipping price you paid when ordering and receiving your furniture.

Unclaimed packages or items

• If you as a customer do not pick up your item from a service point within the specified timeframe from PostNord or DHL, it will be sent back to us as an unclaimed package. For this, we charge an administrative fee of SEK 150, in addition to the costs for shipping and return shipping. This administrative cost applies to smaller items sent via PostNord or DHL, regardless of the order value.
• If you as a customer have chosen the "Self-Pickup" shipping option, the following applies:
  
  For smaller interior design details that can be picked up at our store in Stockholm, your item will be ready for pickup for 14 days from the time we processed your order. If you do not pick up your item within that timeframe, the item will be returned to stock, and you will be charged an administrative fee of SEK 50. The remaining amount will be refunded to your chosen payment method.
