Delivery Time

Delivery and Carry-in Service

  • Throughout Sweden, you can choose between curbside delivery or delivery with carry-in service to a designated location. Prices for this depend on where you live in the country and are displayed at checkout when you enter your postcode. Please note that carry-in service does notinclude unpacking, assembly, or removal of packaging.
  • In some parts of the country, you can also choose assembly with your delivery. This incurs an additional cost and applies to our sofas, armchairs, and ottomans, which are assembled by delivery personnel on-site.
  • If you have ordered products from our detailed assortment with the shipping method "Delivery to Service Point," these will be sent with PostNord or DHL to your nearest service point. This also applies to detailed products ordered in conjunction with a larger piece of furniture, such as a sofa or armchair.
  • If you have ordered products from our detailed assortment with the shipping method "Self-Pickup," these can be collected at our store in Gamla Stan.
  • Please be sure to measure doorways, stairwells, and other spaces that may limit accessibility during delivery. Returns due to limited space are handled as regular returns, where you as the customer will be charged for failed delivery.

Archipelago Deliveries

  • For deliveries to the archipelago, delivery usually takes place to the last accessible location by road. If you wish for delivery further into the archipelago, for example, to a ferry terminal or jetty on the island, this can in some cases be arranged for an additional cost. Please contact our customer service at info@melimelihome.sewhen placing your order, and we will investigate the possibilities and provide a price proposal. Please note that delivery to a private jetty requires that the jetty is accessible and safe for transport, and that the carrier can moor with a boat.

  • All furniture is generally delivered fully assembled in one piece (1 package). This does not apply to our modular sofas where each module is delivered separately.
  • Depending on the fabric choice, our Luca 3-seater sofas are delivered with one or both armrests disassembled.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

  • If your item is an in-stock item at the time of your order, you have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be in unused condition, with undamaged packaging, and all labels intact.
  • For sofas, armchairs, headboards, ottomans, upholstery, or other items that are made-to-order at the time of order, the right of withdrawal applies for 14 days from the date the order was placed. This is because the item is specially ordered or custom-made. If the right of withdrawal is exercised after 14 days from the placed order, 30% of the product price will not be refunded.
  • In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, MELIMELI offers an extended return policy of a total of 100 days on our furniture, under the same conditions as for the right of withdrawal. To be able to exercise your right of return, the product must be in saleable condition in unopened packaging.

    If your product was an in-stock item at the time of order, the full product price will be refunded upon approved return. No shipping or return costs will be refunded.
    If your product was a made-to-order item, 70% of the product price will be refunded, with a 30% down payment being non-refundable. No shipping or return costs will be refunded.

  • The extended right of return does not apply to products from our range of home decor items.
  • Extended return policy during Christmas for home decor items: To ensure you feel confident with your Christmas gift purchases, we have extended the return policy. For all orders placed during November and December, the right of return applies until January 7th. This applies to unopened packaging and upon presentation of receipt or order number.

For this, we charge an administrative fee of 150 SEK, in addition to the costs for shipping and return shipping. This administrative cost applies to smaller items sent with PostNord or DHL, regardless of order value.
  • If you, as a customer, have chosen the shipping option "Self-Pickup", the following applies:

    For smaller home decor items that can be collected at our store in Stockholm, your item will be ready for pickup for 14 days from the time we process your order. If you do not collect your item within that time frame, the item will be returned to stock, and you will be charged an administrative fee of 50 SEK. The remaining amount will be refunded to your chosen payment method.

Darling Headboard Emerald Green 160 cm. Darling is an upholstered headboard in dark green velvet. Thanks to its stylish design with classic elements such as upholstered buttons, this headboard fits into all types of bedrooms. Because it has soft padding, it's wonderful to lean pillows against.

The headboard comes with wall mounts that are installed directly on the wall, so the headboard can be easily hooked on. Darling is handmade in Europe and is available in luxurious Italian linen mix, soft velvet, chenille, teddy and bouclé.
