Delivery and In-home Placement

  • Throughout Sweden, you can choose curbside delivery or delivery with in-home placement to the designated spot. The prices for this depend on where you live in the country and will be displayed at checkout when you enter your postal code. Please note that in-home placementdoes notinclude unpacking, assembly, or removal of packaging.
  • In some parts of the country, you can also choose assembly with your delivery. This is done at an extra cost and applies to our sofas, armchairs, and footstools, which are assembled by delivery staff on-site.
  • If you have ordered products from our detail range with the "Delivery to Postal Agent" shipping method, these will be sent with PostNord or DHL to your nearest postal agent. This also applies to detail products ordered in conjunction with a larger piece of furniture, such as a sofa or armchair.
  • If you have ordered products from our detail range with the "Pick Up Yourself" shipping method, these can be collected at our store in Gamla Stan.
  • Be sure to measure door frames, stairs, and other spaces that may limit accessibility during delivery. Archipelago Deliveries

  • For deliveries to the archipelago, delivery normally takes place to thelast accessible location by car. If you wish for further delivery into the archipelago, for example to aferry terminal or pier on the island, this can in some cases be arranged at anadditional cost. Please contact our customer service atinfo@melimelihome.sewhen placing your order so we can investigate the possibilities and provide a price proposal. Please note that delivery to a private pier requires that the pier isaccessible and safe for transport, and that the carrier can dock with a boat.

This is because the item is specially ordered or custom-made. If the right of withdrawal is exercised after 14 days from the placed order, 30% of the product price will not be refunded.
  • In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, MELIMELI offers an extended return policy of a total of 100 days on our furniture, under the same conditions as for the right of withdrawal. To exercise your right of return, the product must be in saleable condition in unopened packaging.

    If your product was an in-stock item at the time of order, the full product price will be refunded upon approved return. No shipping or return costs will be refunded.
    If your product was a made-to-order item instead, 70% of the product price will be refunded, with the 30% down payment being non-refundable. No shipping or return costs will be refunded.

For this, we charge an administrative fee of SEK 150, in addition to the shipping and return shipping costs. This administrative fee applies to smaller items shipped with PostNord or DHL, regardless of order value.
  • If you, as a customer, have chosen the shipping option "Pick Up Yourself," the following applies:

    For smaller interior details that can be picked up at our store in Stockholm, your item will be ready for pick-up for 14 days from the date we processed your order.
