Delivery time

- Furniture in stock is usually shipped within 3-14 business days.
- Made-to-order furniture is usually shipped within 6-8 weeks.During peak seasons, summer, and Christmas, made-to-order items are shipped within 9-11 weeks instead.
Delivery and carrying service
- Throughout Sweden, you can choose curbside delivery or delivery with carrying service to the designated location. The prices for this depend on where in the country you live and are shown at checkout when you enter your postal code. Please note that carrying service does notinclude unpacking, assembly, or disposal of packaging.
- In some parts of the country, you can also choose assembly with your delivery. This is done at an extra cost and applies to our sofas, armchairs, and footstools, which are assembled by delivery personnel on-site.
- If you have ordered products from our retail range with the shipping method "Delivery to Postnord/DHL service point," these will be sent with PostNord or DHL to your nearest service point. This also applies to retail products ordered in conjunction with a larger piece of furniture, such as a sofa or armchair.
- If you have ordered products from our retail range with the shipping method "Pick Up Yourself," these can be collected from our store in Gamla Stan (Old Town).
- Please be careful to measure doorways, stairs, and other spaces that may limit accessibility during delivery. As a consumer, you are responsible for ensuring that the furniture you have ordered can be delivered to the desired location. Returns due to limited space are handled as standard returns, where you as the customer will be charged for failed delivery.
- Please note that you as the customer will be charged for the return shipping and any new shipping costs if you are not home or for any other reason cannot receive your item at the agreed delivery time.
Archipelago deliveries
- For deliveries to the archipelago, delivery usually takes place to the last accessible location by road. If you wish for further delivery into the archipelago, for example, to a ferry terminal or jetty on the island, this can in some cases be arranged at an additional cost. Please contact our customer service at info@melimelihome.sewhen placing your order, and we will investigate the possibilities and provide a price proposal. Please note that delivery to a private jetty requires that the jetty is accessible and safe for transport, and that the transporter can dock with a boat.

- All furniture is generally delivered pre-assembled in one piece (1 package). This does not apply to our modular sofas, where each module is delivered separately.
- Depending on the fabric choice, our Luca 3-seater sofas are delivered with one or both armrests disassembled.
Right of withdrawal and return
- If your item is an in-stock item at the time of your order, you have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.The item must be in unused condition, with undamaged packaging, and all labels remaining.
- For sofas, armchairs, headboards, footstools, upholstery, or other items that are made-to-order at the time of the order, the right of withdrawal applies for 14 days from the date the order was placed. This is because the item is specially ordered or specially manufactured. For exercising the right of withdrawal after 14 days from the placed order, 30% of the product price will not be refunded.
- In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, MELIMELI offers an extended right of return of a total of 100 days on our furniture, under the same conditions as for the right of withdrawal. To exercise your right of return, the product must be in saleable condition in unopened packaging.
If your product was an in-stock item at the time of ordering, the full product price will be refunded upon approved return. No shipping or return costs will be refunded.
If your product was instead a made-to-order item, 70% of the product price will be refunded, with the 30% down payment not being refundable. No shipping or return costs will be refunded.

For this, we charge an administrative fee of SEK 150, in addition to the shipping and return shipping costs. This administrative cost applies to smaller items shipped with PostNord or DHL, regardless of order value.
- If you as a customer have chosen the shipping option "Pick Up Yourself," the following applies:
For smaller interior design details that can be picked up at our store in Stockholm, your item will be ready for pickup for 14 days from when we processed your order. If you have not picked up your item within that timeframe, the item will be returned to stock, and you will be charged an administrative fee of SEK 50. The remaining amount will be refunded to your chosen payment method.

Product Description
Colette Ottoman Striped/Dotted. Thanks to its height, our elegant Colette ottoman has many uses. For example, it's perfect as an extra seat around the dining table when guests outnumber you. Together with a tray, it also makes a great side table by the sofa. Of course, Colette can also be used as an ordinary footstool.
Colette is made from a luxurious Italian linen mix and is handmade in Europe. The seat is also available in our velvet combinations Emerald Green/Petrol and Ruby Red/Dusty Pink.
