SWEDEN

Delivery Time

• Interior design details such as blankets, cushion covers, bedding, and ceramics are normally shipped within 2-7 business days.
• In-stock furniture is normally shipped within 3-14 business days.
• Made-to-order furniture is normally shipped within 6-8 weeks.During high season, summer and Christmas, made-to-order items are shipped within 9-11 weeks.

Delivery and In-home Placement

• Throughout Sweden, you can choose curbside delivery or delivery with in-home placement to the designated spot. The prices for this depend on where in the country you live and will be shown at checkout when you enter your postcode. Please note that in-home placementdoes notinclude unpacking, assembly, or removal of packaging.
• In some parts of the country, you can also choose assembly with your delivery. This is subject to an additional cost and applies to our sofas, armchairs, and ottomans, which are assembled on-site by delivery personnel.
• If you have ordered products from our details range with the delivery method "Delivery to Service Point," these will be sent with PostNord or DHL to your nearest service point. This also applies to detailed products ordered in conjunction with a larger piece of furniture, such as a sofa or armchair.
• If you have ordered products from our details range with the delivery method "Collect Yourself," these can be collected at our store in Gamla Stan.
• Please be sure to measure doorways, stairwells, and other spaces that may limit accessibility during delivery. As a consumer, you are responsible for ensuring that the furniture you have ordered can be delivered to the desired location. Returns due to limited space are handled as regular returns where you, as the customer, will be charged for failed delivery.
• Please note that you, as the customer, will be charged for return shipping and any new shipping costs if you are not at home or for any other reason cannot receive your item at the agreed delivery time.

Archipelago Deliveries

• For deliveries to the archipelago, delivery normally takes place to thelast accessible location by road. If you wish for further delivery into the archipelago, for example, to aferry terminal or jetty on the island, this can sometimes be arranged at anadditional cost. Please contact our customer service atinfo@melimelihome.sewhen placing your order, and we will investigate the possibilities and provide a price proposal. Please note that delivery to a private jetty requires that the jetty isaccessible and safe for transport, and that the carrier can moor with a boat.

Assembly

• All furniture is generally delivered fully assembled in one piece (1 package). This does not apply to our modular sofas, where each module is delivered separately.
• Depending on the fabric choice, our Luca 3-seater sofas are delivered with one or both armrests disassembled.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

• If your item was in stock at the time of your order, you have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.The item must be in unused condition, with undamaged packaging and all tags intact.
• For sofas, armchairs, headboards, ottomans, covers, or other items that are made-to-order at the time of order, the right of withdrawal applies for 14 days from the date the order was placed. This is because the item is specially ordered or specially manufactured. For exercising the right of withdrawal after 14 days from the placed order, 30% of the product price will not be refunded.
• In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, MELIMELI offers an extended return policy of a total of 100 days on our furniture, under the same conditions as for the right of withdrawal. To be able to exercise your right of return, the product must be in saleable condition in unopened packaging.
  
  If your product was in stock at the time of order, the full product price will be refunded upon approved return. No shipping or return costs will be refunded.
  If your product was instead made-to-order, 70% of the product price will be refunded, with the 30% down payment being non-refundable. No shipping or return costs will be refunded.
  
  
• The extended right of return does not apply to products from our range of interior design details.
• Extended right of return during Christmas for interior design details:To ensure you feel confident with your Christmas gift purchases, we have extended the right of return. For all orders placed during November and December, the right of return is valid until January 7th. This applies to unopened packaging and upon presentation of a receipt or order number.

• Please note that a deduction may be made if the product's value has decreased as a result of being handled more than necessary to determine its characteristics or function. • Return shipping for interior design details is SEK 150. For furniture, the return shipping cost is the same as the shipping price you paid when ordering and receiving your furniture.

Unclaimed Packages or Goods

• If you, as a customer, do not collect your item from the agent within the specified timeframe from PostNord or DHL, it will be returned to us as an unclaimed package. For this, we will charge an administrative fee of SEK 150, in addition to the costs for shipping and return shipping. This administrative cost applies to smaller items shipped with PostNord or DHL, regardless of the order value.
• If you, as a customer, have chosen the "Collect Yourself" shipping option, the following applies:
  
  For smaller interior design details that can be collected from our store in Stockholm, your item will be ready for collection for 14 days from the date we processed your order. If you do not collect your item within that timeframe, the item will be returned to stock, and you will be charged an administrative fee of SEK 50. The remaining amount will be refunded to your chosen payment method.
  
  
• If you, as a customer, for any reason, are not at home or cannot receive your item at the agreed delivery time, you will be charged for the return shipping to our warehouse and any new shipping costs.
