Delivery and in-home placement

  • Throughout Sweden, you can choose curbside delivery or delivery with in-home placement to a designated spot. The prices for this depend on where in the country you live and will be displayed at checkout when you enter your postcode. Please note that in-home placementdoes notinclude unpacking, assembly, or removal of packaging.
  • In some parts of the country, you can also choose assembly with your delivery. This incurs an extra cost and applies to our sofas, armchairs, and ottomans, which are assembled on-site by delivery personnel.
  • If you have ordered products from our retail assortment with the shipping method "Delivery to Service Point," these will be sent via PostNord or DHL to your nearest service point. Archipelago deliveries

  • For deliveries to the archipelago, delivery normally occurs at thelast accessible location by car.   • In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, MELIMELI offers an extended return policy of a total of 100 days on our furniture, under the same conditions as the right of withdrawal. To exercise your right of return, the product must be in saleable condition in an unopened package/packaging.

    If your product was in stock at the time of ordering, the full product price will be refunded upon approved return. No shipping or return costs will be refunded.
    If your product was a made-to-order item instead, 70% of the product price will be refunded, with the 30% down payment being non-refundable. No shipping or return costs will be refunded.

For this, we charge an administrative fee of SEK 150, in addition to the shipping and return shipping costs. This administrative cost applies to smaller items shipped with PostNord or DHL, regardless of order value.
  • If you as a customer have chosen the "Pick Up Yourself" shipping option, the following applies:

    For smaller interior details that can be picked up at our store in Stockholm, your item will be ready for collection for 14 days from the date we processed your order. If you do not pick up your item within that timeframe, the item will be returned to stock, and you will be charged an administrative fee of SEK 50. The remaining amount will be refunded to your chosen payment method.
