Delivery and Carry-in Service

  • Throughout Sweden, you can choose curbside delivery or delivery with carry-in service to the designated location. The prices for this depend on where you live in the country and are displayed at checkout when you enter your postal code. Please note that carry-in servicedoes notinclude unpacking, assembly, or removal of packaging.
  • In some parts of the country, you can also choose assembly with your delivery. This is subject to an additional cost and applies to our sofas, armchairs, and footstools, which are assembled on-site by delivery personnel.
  • If you have ordered products from our detail range with the "Delivery to Pickup Point" shipping method, these will be sent with PostNord or DHL to your nearest pickup point. This also applies to detail products ordered in conjunction with a larger piece of furniture, such as a sofa or armchair.
  • If you have ordered products from our detail range with the "Self Pickup" shipping method, these can be picked up at our store in Gamla Stan.
  • Please make sure to measure doorways, stairwells, and other spaces that may limit accessibility during delivery. Returns due to limited space are handled as regular returns, where you as the customer will be charged for failed delivery.

Archipelago Deliveries

  • For deliveries to the archipelago, delivery normally takes place to thelast accessible location by road. If you wish to have delivery further out into the archipelago, for example to aferry terminal or jetty on the island, this can in some cases be arranged at anadditional cost. Please contact our customer service atinfo@melimelihome.sewhen placing your order, and we will investigate the possibilities and provide a price proposal. Please note that delivery to a private jetty requires the jetty to beaccessible and safe for transport, and that the carrier can dock with a boat.

  • Depending on the fabric choice, our Luca 3-seater sofas are delivered with one or both armrests disassembled.

  • If your item is an in-stock item at the time of your order, you have the right to return your item within 14 days from the date your order was received.The item must be in unused condition, with undamaged packaging and all labels intact.
  • For sofas, armchairs, headboards, footstools, covers, or other items that are made-to-order at the time of the order, the right of withdrawal applies for 14 days from the date the order was placed. This is because the item is specially ordered or specially manufactured. For exercising the right of withdrawal after 14 days from the placed order, 30% of the product price will not be refunded.
  • In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days, MELIMELI offers an extended right of return of a total of 100 days on our furniture, under the same conditions as for the right of withdrawal. To exercise your right of return, the product must be in saleable condition in unopened packaging/wrapping.

    If your product was an in-stock item at the time of ordering, the full product price will be refunded upon approved return. No shipping or return costs will be refunded.
    If your product was a made-to-order item instead, 70% of the product price will be refunded, where the 30% down payment is non-refundable. No shipping or return costs will be refunded.

  • The extended right of return does not apply to products from our range of interior details.

  • If you as a customer do not pick up your item from the agent within the specified time frame from PostNord or DHL, it will be sent back to us as an unclaimed package. For this, we charge an administrative fee of 150 SEK, in addition to the costs for shipping and return shipping. This administrative cost applies to smaller items shipped with PostNord or DHL, regardless of order value.
  • If you as a customer have chosen the "Self Pickup" shipping option, the following applies:

    For smaller interior details that can be picked up at our store in Stockholm, your item will be ready for pickup for 14 days from the time we processed your order. If you have not picked up your item within that time frame, the item will be returned to stock, and you will be charged an administrative fee of 50 SEK. The remaining amount will be refunded to your chosen payment method.
