Cover Luca Grande 2-Seat Sofa Stripe Black

Care Instructions

Dry cleaning is recommended for all MELIMELI furniture. Our linen blend is a living material that changes and becomes more beautiful over time.

To extend the life and maintain the comfort of your seat cushions and back cushions, regular care is essential. We have gathered some simple tips to ensure your cushions remain soft and supportive.

FLUFF REGULARLY

Seat cushions and back cushions should be fluffed once a week. For seat cushions, it works best to stand them on their edge or pat them from the side. Back cushions should be fluffed by placing them flat and then fluffing or patting them.

FLIP THE INNER CUSHIONS

To distribute pressure evenly, flip the inner cushions in both seat cushions and back cushions approximately every six months.

VARY YOUR SEATING POSITION

Another useful tip is to swap the positions of your back and seat cushions occasionally, as we often tend to sit in the same spot on the sofa. This helps to even out wear and prolongs the life of the cushions.

SWEDEN

Delivery time

• Home decor items such as blankets, cushion covers, bedding, and ceramics are usually shipped within 2-7 business days.
• In-stock furniture is usually shipped within 3-14 business days.
• Made-to-order furniture is usually shipped within 6-8 weeks. During high season, summer and Christmas, made-to-order items are shipped within 9-11 weeks instead.

Delivery and Carry-in

• Throughout Sweden, you can choose curbside delivery or delivery with carry-in to a designated location. Prices for this depend on where you live in the country and are shown at checkout when you enter your postal code. Please note that carry-in does notinclude unpacking, assembly, or removal of packaging.
• In some parts of the country, you can also choose assembly with your delivery. This is done at an extra cost and applies to our sofas, armchairs, and ottomans which are assembled on-site by delivery personnel.
• If you have ordered products from our decor range with the delivery method "Delivery to Post Office Agent", these will be sent with PostNord or DHL to your nearest Post Office Agent. This also applies to decor products ordered in conjunction with a larger piece of furniture, such as a sofa or armchair.
• If you have ordered products from our decor range with the delivery method "Pick Up Yourself", these can be collected at our store in Gamla Stan.
• Please be sure to measure door frames, stairs, and other spaces that may limit accessibility during delivery. As a consumer, you are responsible for ensuring that the furniture you have ordered can be delivered to the desired location. Returns due to limited space are handled as standard returns, where you as the customer will be charged for the failed delivery.
• Please note that you as the customer will be charged for return shipping and any new shipping costs if you are not home or for any other reason cannot receive your item at the agreed delivery time.

Archipelago deliveries

• For deliveries to the archipelago, delivery usually takes place to the last location accessible by road. If you wish for delivery further out into the archipelago, for example to a ferry terminal or jetty on the island, this can in some cases be arranged for an additional cost. Please contact our customer service at info@melimelihome.sewhen placing your order, and we will investigate the possibilities and provide a price proposal. Please note that delivery to a private jetty requires that the jetty is accessible and safe for transport, and that the carrier can moor a boat.

Assembly

• All furniture is generally delivered fully assembled in one piece (1 package). This does not apply to our modular sofas, where each module is delivered separately.
• Depending on the fabric choice, our Luca 3-seater sofas are delivered with one or both armrests disassembled.

Right of withdrawal and return

• If your item was in stock at the time of your order, you have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be in unused condition, with undamaged packaging and all tags intact.
• For sofas, armchairs, headboards, ottomans, covers, or other items that are made-to-order at the time of order, the right of withdrawal applies for 14 days from the date the order was placed. This is because the item is specially ordered or custom-made. If the right of withdrawal is exercised after 14 days from the placed order, 30% of the product price will not be refunded.
• In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days, MELIMELI offers an extended right of return of a total of 100 days for our furniture, under the same conditions as for the right of withdrawal. To exercise your right of return, the product must be in saleable condition in unopened packaging.

If your product was in stock at the time of order, the full product price will be refunded upon approved return. No shipping or return costs will be refunded.
If your product was a made-to-order item, 70% of the product price will be refunded, with the 30% down payment not being refundable. No shipping or return costs will be refunded.

• The extended right of return does not apply to products from our range of home decor items.
• Extended right of return during Christmas for home decor items: To make you feel secure with your Christmas gift purchases, we have extended the right of return. • To return an item, please contact us: info@melimelihome.se.
• Please note that a deduction may be made if the product's value has decreased as a result of being handled more than necessary to determine its characteristics or function. This may apply, for example, if the return conditions are not met, such as the product not being in new condition or the original packaging being damaged or missing.

Refund

• Refunds are made once the return has been received and approved.
• When exercising the right of withdrawal, the full amount for the product will be refunded. Please note that if the item has already been shipped, the shipping cost will not be refunded and you, as the customer, will bear the cost of return shipping.
• In case of return, you as the customer are responsible for the condition of the goods during transit back.
• The return shipping cost for home decor items is 150 SEK. For furniture, the return shipping cost is the same as the shipping price you paid when ordering and receiving your furniture.
