SWEDEN

Delivery time

  • Decorative items such as blankets, pillowcases, bedding and ceramics are normally sent within 2-7 working days.
  • Furniture that is in stock is normally shipped within 3-14 working days.
  • Furniture made to order is normally shipped within 6-8 weeks. During the high season, summer and Christmas, order items are sent within 9-11 weeks instead.

Delivery

  • Throughout Sweden, you can choose curbside shipping or drop-off shipping to a designated location. The prices for this depend on where in the country you live and are shown at checkout when you enter your postcode. Please note that delivery does not include unpacking, assembly or removal of packaging.
  • In some parts of the country you can also choose assembly with your delivery. This is done at an additional cost and applies to our sofas, armchairs and footstools that are assembled by delivery staff on site.
  • If you have ordered products from our retail range with the shipping method Delivery to postal outlet, these will be sent by PostNord or DHL to your nearest postal outlet. This also applies to retail products ordered in connection with a larger piece of furniture, such as a sofa or armchair.
  • If you have ordered products from our retail range using the Pick Up Yourself shipping method, these will be collected from our store in Gamla Stan.
  • Be sure to measure doorposts, stairs and other spaces that may restrict access during delivery. You as a consumer are responsible for ensuring that the furniture you ordered can be delivered to the desired location. Returns due to limited space are handled as regular returns where you as a customer will be charged for non-delivery.
  • Please note that you as a customer will be charged for the return freight and any new freight cost in case you are not at home or for any other reason cannot receive your goods at the agreed delivery time.

Assembly

  • All furniture is generally delivered pre-assembled in one piece (1 package). This does not apply to our modular sofas where each module is delivered separately.
  • Depending on the fabric choice, our Luca 3-seater sofas are delivered with one or both armrests removed.

Right of withdrawal and return

  • If your item is in stock at the time of your order, you have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • For sofas, armchairs, headboards, footstools, upholstery or other goods that are made to order at the time of ordering, the right of withdrawal is 14 days from the date the order was placed. This is because the goods are specially ordered or specially manufactured. For the use of the right of withdrawal after 14 days from the date of the order, 30% of the product price will not be refunded.
  • In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days, we at MELIMELI offer an extended right of return of a total of 100 days on our furniture, under the same conditions as for the right of withdrawal. To be able to use your right of return, the product must be in saleable condition in unbroken packaging/packaging.
    • If your product was a stock item at the time of ordering, the full price of the product will be refunded upon authorized return. No shipping or return costs will be refunded.
    • If your product was instead a made-to-order item, 70% of the product price will be refunded, with a 30% non-refundable deposit. No shipping or return costs will be refunded.
  • The extended right of return does not apply to products from our home furnishings range.

Refund

  • Refunds will be made once the return has been received and accepted.
  • When using the right of withdrawal, the full amount of the product will be refunded. Please note that if the product has already been sent out, the shipping cost is not refunded and you as a customer are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • In case of a return, the customer is responsible for the condition of the goods during the return shipment.
  • The return shipping for interior items is 150 SEK. For furniture, the return shipping is the same as the shipping price you paid when ordering and delivering your furniture.

Uncollected parcels or goods

  • If you as a customer do not pick up your item from an agent within the specified time frame from PostNord or DHL, this will be sent back to us as an unredeemed package. For this, we charge an administrative fee of SEK 150, in addition to the costs of shipping and return shipping. This administrative fee applies to smaller items sent by PostNord or DHL, regardless of order value.
  • If you as a customer have chosen the shipping option "Pick up yourself", the following applies:
    • For smaller items that can be picked up in our store in Stockholm, your item will be ready for pick-up for 14 days from when we process your order. If you do not pick up your item within that time, the item will be put back in stock and you will be charged an administrative fee of 50 SEK. The remaining amount will be refunded to your chosen payment method.
  • If you as a customer, for some reason, are not at home or cannot receive your product at the agreed delivery time, you as a customer will be charged for the return shipping to our warehouse and any new shipping costs.
