• The shipping company will contact you via SMS when your product(s) are ready for delivery, allowing you to jointly decide on a delivery day.• Furniture carrying service is only included in the shipping cost within Stockholm and the Mälardalen region; in the rest of Sweden, products are delivered to the property line.
• Once the furniture has been unloaded, you, as the recipient, are obligated to inspect the delivery together with the driver.
• Check that no transport damage has occurred during delivery. If transport damage has occurred, this must be noted on all copies of the consignment note before signing, and MELIMELI must be notified within five working days of receipt. Transport damage, packaging, and label must be photo-documented.
• You should immediately unpack and inspect the received products after delivery. Any damages that were not visible upon receipt must be reported to MELIMELI; photo documentation of the damage, packaging, and label is also required here.
• If the packaging needs to be removed to position the furniture, you, as the recipient, are responsible for any damage to the furniture.
