Delivery and In-home Placement

  • Throughout Sweden, you can choose between curbside delivery or delivery with in-home placement to a designated spot. The prices for this depend on where in the country you live and are displayed at checkout when you enter your postal code. Please note that in-home placement does notinclude unpacking, assembly, or removal of packaging.
  • In some parts of the country, you can also choose assembly with your delivery. This is subject to an additional cost and applies to our sofas, armchairs, and ottomans, which are assembled on site by delivery personnel.
  • If you have ordered products from our detailed assortment with the shipping method "Delivery to Service Point," these will be sent with PostNord or DHL to your nearest service point. This also applies to detail products ordered in conjunction with a larger piece of furniture, such as a sofa or armchair.
  • If you have ordered products from our detailed assortment with the "Pick Up Yourself" shipping method, these can be collected at our store in Gamla Stan.

Archipelago Deliveries

  • For deliveries to the archipelago, delivery usually takes place at the last accessible location by car. If you wish for further delivery into the archipelago, for example, to a ferry terminal or pier on an island, this can in some cases be arranged at an additional cost. Please contact our customer service at info@melimelihome.seat the time of your order, and we will investigate the possibilities and provide a price proposal. Please note that delivery to a private pier requires the pier to be accessible and safe for transport, and that the carrier can dock with a boat.

  • Depending on the fabric choice, our Luca 3-seater sofas are delivered with one or both armrests disassembled.

  • If your item was an in-stock item at the time of your order, you have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.The item must be in unused condition, with undamaged packaging and all labels intact.
  • For sofas, armchairs, headboards, ottomans, covers, or other items that are made-to-order at the time of the order, the right of withdrawal applies for 14 days from the date the order was placed. This is because the item is specially ordered or specially manufactured. For exercising the right of withdrawal after 14 days from the placed order, 30% of the product price will not be refunded.
  • In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, MELIMELI offers an extended right of return for a total of 100 days on our furniture, under the same conditions as for the right of withdrawal. To exercise your right of return, the product must be in saleable condition in an unopened package/packaging.

    If your product was an in-stock item at the time of ordering, the full product price will be refunded upon approved return. No shipping or return costs will be refunded.
    If your product was a made-to-order item instead, 70% of the product's price will be refunded, with 30% down payment non-refundable. No shipping or return costs will be refunded.

  • The extended right of return does not apply to products from our range of interior details.

For this, we charge an administrative fee of SEK 150, in addition to the costs for shipping and return shipping. This administrative cost applies to smaller items shipped with PostNord or DHL, regardless of the order value.
  • If you, as a customer, have chosen the "Pick Up Yourself" shipping option, the following applies:

    For smaller interior details that can be picked up at our store in Stockholm, your item will be ready for pick-up for 14 days from when we processed your order. The remaining amount will be refunded to your chosen payment method.
