Delivery and carrying in

  • Throughout Sweden, you can choose kerbside delivery or delivery with carrying in to a specified location. The prices for this depend on where you live in the country and are shown at checkout when you enter your postcode. Please note that carrying indoes notinclude unpacking, assembly or removal of packaging.
  • In some parts of the country, you can also choose assembly with your delivery. This is done at an extra cost and applies to our sofas, armchairs and footstools, which are assembled on site by delivery personnel.
  • If you have ordered products from our detailed range with the "Delivery to Postal Agent" shipping method, these will be sent by PostNord or DHL to your nearest postal agent. This also applies to detailed products ordered in conjunction with a larger piece of furniture, such as a sofa or armchair.
  • If you have ordered products from our detailed range with the "Pick up yourself" shipping method, these can be collected from our store in Gamla Stan.
  • Be sure to measure doorways, stairs and other spaces that may limit accessibility during delivery. As a consumer, you are responsible for ensuring that the furniture you have ordered can be delivered to the desired location. Returns due to limited space are handled as normal returns where you, as the customer, are charged for failed delivery.

Archipelago deliveries

  • For deliveries to the archipelago, delivery is normally made to thelast place accessible by road. If you wish to have delivery further out into the archipelago, for example to aferry terminal or jetty on the island, this can in some cases be arranged at anadditional cost. Please note that delivery to a private jetty requires that the jetty isaccessible and safe for transport, and that the carrier can moor with a boat.

  • If your item is an in-stock item at the time of your order, you have the right to return your item within 14 days from the date your order was received.The item must be in unused condition, with undamaged packaging and all tags intact.
  • For sofas, armchairs, headboards, footstools, covers or other items that are custom-ordered at the time of order, the right of withdrawal applies for 14 days from the date the order was placed. This is because the item is specially ordered or custom-made. If the right of withdrawal is exercised after 14 days from the placed order, 30% of the product price will not be refunded.
  • In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, MELIMELI offers an extended return period of a total of 100 days on our furniture, under the same conditions as for the right of withdrawal. To exercise your right of return, the product must be in saleable condition in unopened packaging.

    If your product was an in-stock item at the time of order, the full product price will be refunded upon approved return. No shipping or return costs will be refunded.
    If your product was instead a custom order, 70% of the product price will be refunded, with 30% down payment non-refundable. No shipping or return costs will be refunded.

    For smaller interior details that can be collected in our store in Stockholm, your item will be ready for collection for 14 days from when we processed your order.
