Delivery and In-home delivery

  • Throughout Sweden, you can choose curbside delivery or delivery with in-home placement to a designated spot. The prices for this depend on where you live in the country and are shown at checkout when you enter your postcode. Please note that in-home deliverydoes notinclude unboxing, assembly, or removal of packaging.
  • In some parts of the country, you can also choose assembly with your delivery. This is done at an additional cost and applies to our sofas, armchairs, and ottomans, which are assembled on-site by delivery personnel.
  • If you have ordered products from our details range with the delivery method "Delivery to Postal Agent", these will be sent with PostNord or DHL to your nearest postal agent. This also applies to detail products ordered in conjunction with a larger piece of furniture, such as a sofa or armchair.
  • If you have ordered products from our details range with the "Pick Up Yourself" shipping method, these can be collected from our store in Gamla Stan.

Archipelago deliveries

  • For deliveries to the archipelago, delivery normally takes place to thelast accessible location by road. If you wish for further delivery into the archipelago, for example to aferry terminal or jetty on the island, this can in some cases be arranged for anadditional cost. Please contact our customer service atinfo@melimelihome.sewhen placing your order, and we will investigate the possibilities and provide a price proposal. Please note that delivery to a private jetty requires that the jetty isaccessible and safe for transport, and that the carrier can dock with a boat.

  • If your item is an in-stock item at the time of your order, you have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.The item must be in unused condition, with undamaged packaging and all labels intact.
  • For sofas, armchairs, headboards, ottomans, covers, or other items that are made-to-order at the time of order, the right of withdrawal applies for 14 days from the date the order was placed. This is because the item is custom-ordered or custom-made. If the right of withdrawal is exercised after 14 days from the placed order, 30% of the product price will not be refunded.
  • In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, MELIMELI offers an extended right of return of a total of 100 days on our furniture, under the same conditions as the right of withdrawal. To exercise your right of return, the product must be in saleable condition in unopened packaging/wrapping.

    If your product was in stock at the time of order, the full product price will be refunded upon approved return. No shipping or return costs will be refunded.
    If your product was a made-to-order item instead, 70% of the product price will be refunded, with 30% down payment not being refundable. No shipping or return costs will be refunded.

  • The extended right of return does not apply to products from our range of interior details.

For this, we charge an administrative fee of SEK 150, in addition to the shipping and return shipping costs. This administrative cost applies to smaller items shipped with PostNord or DHL, regardless of the order value.
  • If you, as a customer, have chosen the "Pick Up Yourself" shipping option, the following applies:

    For smaller interior details that can be picked up in our store in Stockholm, your item will be ready for collection for 14 days from the date we processed your order. If you do not pick up your item within that timeframe, the item will be returned to stock and you will be charged an administrative fee of SEK 50. The remaining amount will be refunded to your chosen payment method.
