Delivery and carrying in

  • Throughout Sweden, you can choose kerbside delivery or delivery with carrying in to a designated location. The prices for this depend on where in the country you live and are displayed at checkout when you enter your postcode. Please note that carrying indoes notinclude unpacking, assembly, or disposal of packaging.
  • In some parts of the country, you can also choose assembly with your delivery. This is done at an extra cost and applies to our sofas, armchairs, and ottomans, which are assembled by delivery staff on site.
  • If you have ordered products from our detailed range with the shipping method "Delivery to Postal Agent," these will be sent with PostNord or DHL to your nearest postal agent. This also applies to detailed products ordered in conjunction with a larger piece of furniture, such as a sofa or armchair.
  • If you have ordered products from our detailed range with the shipping method "Pick Up Yourself," these can be collected from our store in Gamla Stan (Old Town).

Archipelago deliveries

  • For deliveries to the archipelago, delivery normally takes place to thelast location accessible by road. If you wish for delivery further out into the archipelago, for example to aferry terminal or jetty on the island, this can in some cases be arranged at anadditional cost. Contact our customer service atinfo@melimelihome.sein connection with your order, and we will investigate the possibilities and return with a price proposal. Please note that delivery to a private jetty requires that the jetty isaccessible and safe for transport, and that the carrier can moor with a boat.

  • All furniture is generally delivered fully assembled in one piece (1 package). This does not apply to our modular sofas, where each module is delivered separately.
  • Depending on the fabric choice, our Luca 3-seater sofas are delivered with one or both armrests disassembled.

Right of withdrawal and returns

  • If your item is an in-stock item at the time of your order, you have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.The item must be in unused condition, with undamaged packaging and all labels intact.
  • For sofas, armchairs, headboards, ottomans, covers, or other items that are made-to-order at the time of order, the right of withdrawal applies for 14 days from the date the order was placed. This is because the item is specially ordered or custom-made. If the right of withdrawal is exercised after 14 days from the placed order, 30% of the product price will not be refunded.
  • In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, MELIMELI offers an extended return policy of a total of 100 days on our furniture, under the same conditions as for the right of withdrawal. To be able to exercise your right of return, the product must be in saleable condition in unopened packaging.

    If your product was an in-stock item at the time of order, the full product price will be refunded upon approved return. No shipping or return costs will be refunded.
    If your product was a made-to-order item instead, 70% of the product price will be refunded, with 30% of the down payment being non-refundable. No shipping or return costs will be refunded.

  • The extended right of return does not apply to products from our range of interior design items.

For this, we charge an administrative fee of SEK 150, in addition to the costs for shipping and return shipping. This administrative cost applies to smaller items sent with PostNord or DHL, regardless of order value.
  • If you as a customer have chosen the shipping option "Pick Up Yourself," the following applies:

    For smaller interior design items that can be picked up in our store in Stockholm, your item will be ready for collection for 14 days from the date we processed your order. If you have not picked up your item within that timeframe, the item will be returned to stock and you will be charged an administrative fee of SEK 50. The remaining amount will be refunded to your chosen payment method.
