SWEDEN

Delivery time

• Interior design details such as blankets, cushion covers, bedding, and ceramics are normally shipped within 2-7 business days.
• In-stock furniture is normally shipped within 3-14 business days.
• Made-to-order furniture is normally shipped within 6-8 weeks.During peak seasons, summer and Christmas, custom orders are shipped within 9-11 weeks instead.

Delivery and carrying in

• Throughout Sweden, you can choose curbside delivery or delivery with carrying into the designated location. The prices for this depend on where in the country you live and are displayed at checkout when you enter your postcode. Please note that carrying indoes notinclude unpacking, assembly, or removal of packaging.
• In some parts of the country, you can also choose assembly with your delivery. This is done at an extra cost and applies to our sofas, armchairs, and footstools, which are assembled on-site by delivery personnel.
• If you have ordered products from our details range with the shipping method "Delivery to Post Agent," these will be sent with PostNord or DHL to your nearest post agent. This also applies to detail products ordered in conjunction with a larger piece of furniture, such as a sofa or armchair.
• If you have ordered products from our details range with the shipping method "Pick Up Yourself," these can be collected at our store in Gamla Stan.
• Please be sure to measure doorways, stairwells, and other spaces that may limit accessibility during delivery. As a consumer, you are responsible for ensuring that the furniture you have ordered can be delivered to the desired location. Returns due to limited space are handled as standard returns where you, as the customer, are charged for failed delivery.
• Please note that as a customer, you will be charged for return shipping and any new shipping costs if you are not home or for any other reason cannot receive your item at the agreed delivery time.

Archipelago deliveries

• For deliveries to the archipelago, delivery normally takes place at thelast accessible location by car road. If you wish for further delivery into the archipelago, for example to aferry terminal or jetty on the island, this can in some cases be arranged at anadditional cost. Please contact our customer service atinfo@melimelihome.sein connection with your order, and we will investigate the possibilities and provide a price proposal. Please note that delivery to a private jetty requires that the jetty isaccessible and safe for transport, and that the carrier can dock with a boat.

Assembly

• All furniture is generally delivered fully assembled in one piece (1 package). This does not apply to our modular sofas, where each module is delivered separately.
• Depending on the fabric choice, our Luca 3-seater sofas are delivered with one or both armrests disassembled.

Right of withdrawal and return

• If your item was an in-stock item at the time of your order, you have the right to return your item within 14 days from the date your order was received.The item must be in unused condition, with undamaged packaging and all labels intact.
• For sofas, armchairs, headboards, footstools, covers, or other items that are made-to-order at the time of order, the right of withdrawal applies for 14 days from the date the order was placed. This is because the item is custom-ordered or custom-made. For exercising the right of withdrawal after 14 days from placing the order, 30% of the product price will not be refunded.
• In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, MELIMELI offers an extended return period of a total of 100 days for our furniture, under the same conditions as for the right of withdrawal. To exercise your right of return, the product must be in saleable condition in an unopened package/packaging.
  
  If your product was an in-stock item at the time of order, the full product price will be refunded upon approved return. No shipping or return costs will be refunded.
  If your product was a made-to-order item instead, 70% of the product price will be refunded, with the 30% down payment being non-refundable. No shipping or return costs will be refunded.

Uncollected packages or items

• If you as a customer do not collect your item from an agent within the specified timeframe from PostNord or DHL, it will be returned to us as an unclaimed package. For this, we charge an administrative fee of SEK 150, in addition to the costs for shipping and return shipping. This administrative cost applies to smaller items shipped with PostNord or DHL, regardless of the order value.
• If you as a customer have chosen the "Self-Pickup" shipping option, the following applies:
  
  For smaller interior design details that can be picked up at our store in Stockholm, your item will be ready for pickup for 14 days from the time we processed your order. If you have not picked up your item within that timeframe, the item will be returned to stock, and you will be charged an administrative fee of SEK 50. The remaining amount will be refunded to your chosen payment method.
