Delivery and Carry-in Service

  • Throughout Sweden, you can choose curbside delivery or delivery with carry-in service to a designated location. The prices for this depend on where you live in the country and will be shown at checkout when you enter your postal code. Please note that carry-in service does notinclude unpacking, assembly, or removal of packaging.
  • In some parts of the country, you can also opt for assembly with your delivery. This incurs an extra cost and applies to our sofas, armchairs, and footstools, which are assembled on-site by delivery personnel.
  • If you have ordered products from our detailed range with the shipping method "Delivery to Postal Agent," these will be sent with PostNord or DHL to your nearest postal agent. This also applies to detailed products ordered in conjunction with a larger piece of furniture, such as a sofa or armchair.
  • If you have ordered products from our detailed range with the shipping method "Pick Up Yourself," these can be collected at our store in Gamla Stan.
  • Please make sure to measure doorframes, stairs, and other spaces that may limit accessibility during delivery. Archipelago Deliveries

  • For deliveries to the archipelago, delivery usually occurs to the last location accessible by car. If you wish for further delivery into the archipelago, for example, to a ferry terminal or jetty on the island, this can in some cases be arranged for an additional cost. Please note that delivery to a private jetty requires the jetty to be accessible and safe for transport, and that the carrier can dock with a boat.

  • If your item is an in-stock item at the time of your order, you have the right to return your item within 14 days from the date your order was received.The item must be in unused condition, with undamaged packaging and all tags intact.
  • For sofas, armchairs, headboards, footstools, covers, or other items that are made-to-order at the time of the order, the right of withdrawal applies for 14 days from the date the order was placed. This is because the item is specially ordered or custom-made. If the right of withdrawal is exercised after 14 days from the order date, 30% of the product price will not be refunded.
  • In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, MELIMELI offers an extended right of return for a total of 100 days on our furniture, under the same conditions as for the right of withdrawal. To exercise your right of return, the product must be in saleable condition in unopened packaging/wrapping.

    If your product was an in-stock item at the time of order, the full product price will be refunded upon approved return. No shipping or return costs will be refunded.
    If your product was a made-to-order item instead, 70% of the product price will be refunded, with the 30% down payment being non-refundable. No shipping or return costs will be refunded.

  • The extended right of return does not apply to products from our range of interior details.

This administrative cost applies to smaller items shipped with PostNord or DHL, regardless of order value.
  • If you, as a customer, have chosen the shipping option "Pick Up Yourself," the following applies:

    For smaller interior details that can be picked up at our store in Stockholm, your item will be ready for collection for 14 days from the time we processed your order.
