SWEDEN

Delivery Time

• Interior design items such as blankets, cushion covers, bedding, and ceramics are usually shipped within 2-7 business days.
• Furniture in stock is usually shipped within 3-14 business days.
• Made-to-order furniture is usually shipped within 6-8 weeks.During high season, summer, and Christmas, made-to-order items are shipped within 9-11 weeks instead.

Delivery and In-home Delivery

• Throughout Sweden, you can choose curbside delivery or in-home delivery to a specified location. The prices for this depend on where you live in the country and are shown at checkout when you enter your postal code. Please note that in-home deliverydoes notinclude unpacking, assembly, or removal of packaging.
• In some parts of the country, you can also choose assembly with your delivery. This is subject to an additional cost and applies to our sofas, armchairs, and footstools, which are assembled on-site by delivery personnel.
• If you have ordered products from our details assortment with the shipping method "Delivery to Service Point," these will be sent with PostNord or DHL to your nearest service point. This also applies to detail products ordered in conjunction with a larger piece of furniture, such as a sofa or armchair.
• If you have ordered products from our details assortment with the shipping method "Pickup Yourself," these can be collected at our store in Gamla Stan.
• Be sure to measure doorframes, staircases, and other spaces that may limit accessibility during delivery. As a consumer, you are responsible for ensuring that the furniture you ordered can be delivered to the desired location. Returns due to limited space are handled as standard returns, where you, as the customer, will be charged for failed delivery.
• Please note that you, as the customer, will be charged for return shipping and any new shipping costs if you are not home or for any other reason cannot receive your item at the agreed delivery time.

Archipelago Deliveries

• For deliveries to the archipelago, delivery usually occurs to thelast place accessible by road. If you wish for further delivery into the archipelago, for example, to aferry terminal or jetty on the island, this can sometimes be arranged at anadditional cost. Please contact our customer service atinfo@melimelihome.sewhen placing your order, and we will investigate the possibilities and provide a price proposal. Please note that delivery to a private jetty requires the jetty to beaccessible and safe for transport, and that the carrier can moor with a boat.

Assembly

• All furniture is generally delivered fully assembled in one piece (1 package). This does not apply to our modular sofas, where each module is delivered separately.
• Depending on the fabric choice, our Luca 3-seater sofas are delivered with one or both armrests disassembled.

Right of Withdrawal and Return

• If your item is in stock at the time of your order, you have the right to return your item within 14 days from the date your order was received.The item must be in unused condition, with undamaged packaging, and all labels intact.
• For sofas, armchairs, headboards, footstools, upholstery, or other items that are made-to-order at the time of order, the right of withdrawal applies for 14 days from the date the order was placed. This is because the item is specially ordered or custom-made. For exercising the right of withdrawal after 14 days from the placed order, 30% of the product price will not be refunded.
• In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, MELIMELI offers an extended right of return of a total of 100 days for our furniture, under the same conditions as for the right of withdrawal. To exercise your right of return, the product must be in saleable condition in unopened packaging.
  
  If your product was in stock at the time of order, the full product price will be refunded upon approved return. No shipping or return costs will be refunded.
  If your product was a made-to-order item instead, 70% of the product price will be refunded, with 30% down payment being non-refundable. No shipping or return costs will be refunded.
  
  
• The extended right of return does not apply to products from our range of interior design items.
• Extended right of return during Christmas for interior design items:To ensure you feel confident with your Christmas gift purchases, we have extended the right of return. • Return shipping for interior design items is 150 SEK. For furniture, return shipping is the same as the shipping price you paid when ordering and delivering your furniture.

Unclaimed Packages or Goods

• If you, as a customer, do not pick up your item from the service point within the specified timeframe from PostNord or DHL, it will be returned to us as an unclaimed package. For this, we charge an administrative fee of 150 SEK, in addition to the costs for shipping and return shipping. This administrative cost applies to smaller items sent with PostNord or DHL, regardless of order value.
• If you, as the customer, have chosen the shipping option "Pickup Yourself," the following applies:
  
  For smaller interior design items that can be picked up at our store in Stockholm, your item will be ready for pickup for 14 days from the date we processed your order. If you have not picked up your item within that timeframe, the item will be returned to stock, and you will be charged an administrative fee of 50 SEK. The remaining amount will be refunded to your chosen payment method.
  
  
• If you, as the customer, for any reason, are not home or cannot receive your item at the agreed delivery time, you will be charged for the return shipping to our warehouse and any new shipping costs.
