Cover Luca Original 3-Seat Sofa Khaki

Care Instructions

Dry cleaning is recommended for all MELIMELI furniture. Our linen mix is a living material that changes and becomes more and more beautiful with time.

To extend the life and preserve the comfort of your seat cushions and back cushions, regular care is essential. We have compiled some simple tips to ensure your cushions remain soft and supportive.

FLUFF REGULARLY

Seat cushions and back cushions should be fluffed once a week. For seat cushions, it works best to stand them on their edge or pat them from the side. Back cushions should be fluffed by placing them flat and then fluffing or patting them.

TURN THE INNER CUSHIONS

To distribute pressure evenly, turn the inner cushions in both seat cushions and back cushions approximately every six months.

VARY YOUR SEATING POSITION

Another useful trick is to occasionally swap the positions of your back and seat cushions, as we often tend to sit in the same spot on the sofa. This helps to even out wear and tear and extends the life of the cushions.

SWEDEN

Delivery time

• Interior details such as blankets, cushion covers, bedding, and ceramics are normally shipped within 2-7 business days.
• In-stock furniture is normally shipped within 3-14 business days.
• Made-to-order furniture is normally shipped within 6-8 weeks. During peak season, summer, and Christmas, made-to-order items are instead shipped within 9-11 weeks.

Delivery and carrying in

• Throughout Sweden, you can choose curbside delivery or delivery with carrying in to a designated location. The prices for this depend on where in the country you live and are displayed at checkout when you enter your postal code. Please note that carrying in does notinclude unpacking, assembly, or removal of packaging.
• In some parts of the country, you can also choose assembly with your delivery. This is done at an extra cost and applies to our sofas, armchairs, and ottomans, which are assembled by delivery personnel on site.
• If you have ordered products from our retail assortment with the shipping method "Delivery to Service Point," these will be sent with PostNord or DHL to your nearest service point. This also applies to retail products ordered in conjunction with a larger piece of furniture, such as a sofa or armchair.
• If you have ordered products from our retail assortment with the shipping method "Pick Up Yourself," these can be collected at our store in Gamla Stan.
• Be sure to measure doorframes, stairwells, and other spaces that may limit accessibility during delivery. As a consumer, you are responsible for ensuring that the furniture you have ordered can be delivered to the desired location. Returns due to limited space are handled as standard returns, where you as the customer will be charged for the failed delivery.
• Please note that as a customer, you will be charged for the return shipping and any new shipping costs if you are not home or for any other reason cannot receive your item at the agreed delivery time.

Archipelago deliveries

• For deliveries to the archipelago, delivery normally takes place to the last accessible location by car. If you wish for delivery further into the archipelago, for example, to a ferry terminal or jetty on the island, this can in some cases be arranged at an additional cost. Please contact our customer service at info@melimelihome.sein connection with your order, and we will investigate the possibilities and provide a price proposal. Please note that delivery to a private jetty requires that the jetty is accessible and safe for transport, and that the carrier can moor their boat.

Assembly

• All furniture is generally delivered fully assembled in one piece (1 package). This does not apply to our modular sofas, where each module is delivered separately.
• Depending on the fabric choice, our Luca 3-seater sofas are delivered with one or both armrests disassembled.
