SWEDEN

Delivery time

• Interior details such as blankets, cushion covers, bedding, and ceramics are normally shipped within 2-7 business days.
• In-stock furniture is normally shipped within 3-14 business days.
• Made-to-order furniture is normally shipped within 6-8 weeks.During high season, summer and Christmas, made-to-order items are shipped within 9-11 weeks instead.

Delivery and carrying in

• Throughout Sweden, you can choose curbside delivery or delivery with carrying into the designated place. The prices for this depend on where in the country you live and are displayed at checkout when you enter your postal code. Please note that carrying indoes notinclude unboxing, assembly, or removal of packaging.
• In some parts of the country, you can also choose assembly with your delivery. This is done at an extra cost and applies to our sofas, armchairs, and footstools which are assembled on-site by delivery personnel.
• If you have ordered products from our detailed range with the shipping method "Delivery to Post Agent," these will be sent with PostNord or DHL to your nearest post agent. This also applies to detailed products ordered in conjunction with a larger piece of furniture, such as a sofa or armchair.
• If you have ordered products from our detailed range with the "Pick Up Yourself" shipping method, these can be collected at our store in Gamla Stan.
• Be careful to measure door frames, stairs, and other spaces that may limit accessibility during delivery. As a consumer, you are responsible for ensuring that the furniture you ordered can be delivered to the desired location. Returns due to limited space are handled as regular returns where you, as the customer, will be charged for failed delivery.
• Please note that you as the customer will be charged for the return shipping and any new shipping cost if you are not at home or for any other reason cannot receive your item at the agreed delivery time.

Archipelago deliveries

• For deliveries to the archipelago, delivery normally takes place to thelast accessible location by road. If you wish for delivery further out into the archipelago, for example, to aferry terminal or jetty on the island, this can in some cases be arranged for anadditional cost. Please contact our customer service atinfo@melimelihome.sein connection with the order, and we will investigate the possibilities and return with a price proposal. Please note that delivery to a private jetty requires that the jetty isaccessible and safe for transport, and that the carrier can dock with a boat.

Assembly

• All furniture is generally delivered fully assembled in one piece (1 package). This does not apply to our modular sofas where each module is delivered separately.
• Depending on the fabric choice, our Luca 3-seater sofas are delivered with one or both armrests disassembled.

Right of withdrawal and return

• If your item is an in-stock item at the time of your order, you have the right to return your item within 14 days from the date your order was received.The item must be in unused condition, with undamaged packaging and all tags intact.
• For sofas, armchairs, headboards, footstools, covers, or other items that are made-to-order at the time of order, the right of withdrawal applies for 14 days from the date the order was placed. This is because the item is specially ordered or specially manufactured. For exercising the right of withdrawal after 14 days from the placed order, 30% of the product price will not be refunded.
• In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, MELIMELI offers an extended return policy of a total of 100 days on our furniture, under the same conditions as for the right of withdrawal. To exercise your right of return, the product must be in a saleable condition in unopened packaging/wrapping.
  
  If your product was an in-stock item at the time of ordering, the full product price will be refunded upon approved return. No shipping or return costs will be refunded.
  If your product was instead a made-to-order item, 70% of the product price will be refunded, with the 30% down payment not being refundable. No shipping or return costs will be refunded.
  
  
• The extended right of return does not apply to products from our range of interior details.
• Extended return policy during Christmas for interior details:To make you feel secure with your Christmas gift purchases, we have extended the right of return. For all orders placed during November and December, the right of return applies until January 7th. This applies to unopened packaging and upon presentation of a receipt or order number.

• Please note that a deduction may be made if the value of the product has decreased as a result of handling it more than necessary to determine its characteristics or function. This may apply, for example, if the return conditions are not met, such as the product not being in new condition or the original packaging or wrapping being damaged or missing.

Refund

• When exercising the right of withdrawal, the full amount for the product will be refunded. Please note that if the item has already been shipped, the shipping cost will not be refunded, and you as the customer will bear the cost of return shipping.
• In case of a return, you as the customer are responsible for the condition of the item during return shipping.
• Return shipping for interior details is SEK 150. For furniture, the return shipping is the same as the shipping price you paid when ordering and delivering your furniture.

Unclaimed packages or items

• If you, as a customer, do not pick up your item at a service point within the specified time frame from PostNord or DHL, it will be sent back to us as an unclaimed package. For this, we charge an administrative fee of SEK 150, in addition to the costs for shipping and return shipping. This administrative cost applies to smaller items sent with PostNord or DHL, regardless of order value.
• If you, as a customer, for any reason, are not at home or cannot receive your item at the agreed delivery time, you will be charged for the return shipping to our warehouse and any new shipping cost.
  
  For smaller interior details that can be picked up at our store in Stockholm, your item will be ready for pick-up for 14 days from the date we processed your order. If you do not pick up your item within that timeframe, the item will be returned to stock, and you will be charged an administrative fee of SEK 50. The remaining amount will be refunded to your chosen payment method.
  
  
• If, for any reason, you as a customer are not at home or cannot receive your item at the agreed delivery time, you will be charged for the return shipping to our warehouse and any new shipping cost.
