Luca Armchair Off White

Care instructions

Dry cleaning is recommended for all MELIMELI furniture. Our linen mix is a living material that changes and becomes more beautiful over time.

To extend the life and preserve the comfort of your seat cushions and back cushions, regular care is essential. We have compiled some simple tips to ensure that your cushions remain soft and supportive.

FLUFF REGULARLY

Seat cushions and back cushions should be fluffed once a week. For seat cushions, it works best to stand them on their edge or pat them from the side. Back cushions should be fluffed by placing them flat and then fluffing or patting them.

TURN THE INNER CUSHIONS

To distribute the pressure evenly, turn the inner cushions in both seat cushions and back cushions approximately every six months.

VARY YOUR SEATING POSITION

Another useful trick is to occasionally swap the positions of your back and seat cushions, as we often tend to sit in the same spot on the sofa. This helps to even out wear and tear and extends the life of the cushions.

SWEDEN

Delivery time

• Interior details such as blankets, cushion covers, bedding, and ceramics are normally shipped within 2-7 business days.
• In-stock furniture is normally shipped within 3-14 business days.
• Made-to-order furniture is normally shipped within 6-8 weeks. During peak seasons, summer and Christmas, made-to-order items are shipped within 9-11 weeks instead.

Delivery and carrying in

• Throughout Sweden, you can choose kerbside delivery or delivery with carrying in to a designated location. The prices for this depend on where in the country you live and are displayed at checkout when you enter your postcode. Please note that carrying in does notinclude unpacking, assembly, or removal of packaging.
• In some parts of the country, you can also choose assembly with your delivery. This is subject to an additional cost and applies to our sofas, armchairs, and footstools, which are assembled on-site by delivery personnel.
• If you have ordered products from our details range with the shipping method "Delivery to Post Office Agent", these will be sent with PostNord or DHL to your nearest post office agent. This also applies to detail products ordered in conjunction with a larger piece of furniture, such as a sofa or armchair.
• If you have ordered products from our details range with the shipping method "Pick Up Yourself", these can be collected at our store in Gamla Stan.
• Be sure to measure doorframes, stairs, and other spaces that may limit access during delivery. As a consumer, you are responsible for ensuring that the furniture you have ordered can be delivered to the desired location. Returns due to limited space are handled as standard returns where you, the customer, will be charged for failed delivery.
• Please note that you as the customer will be charged for the return shipping and any new shipping cost if you are not at home or for any other reason cannot receive your item at the agreed delivery time.

Archipelago deliveries

• For deliveries to the archipelago, delivery normally takes place to the last accessible location by road. If you wish for further delivery into the archipelago, for example to a ferry terminal or jetty on the island, this can in some cases be arranged at an additional cost. Contact our customer service at info@melimelihome.sewhen placing your order, and we will investigate the possibilities and provide a price proposal. Please note that delivery to a private jetty requires that the jetty is accessible and safe for transport, and that the transporter can dock with a boat.

Assembly

• All furniture is generally delivered fully assembled in one piece (1 package). This does not apply to our modular sofas where each module is delivered separately.
• Depending on the fabric choice, our Luca 3-seater sofas are delivered with one or both armrests disassembled.

Right of withdrawal and return

• If your item is an in-stock item at the time of your order, you have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be in unused condition, with undamaged packaging, and all labels intact.
• For sofas, armchairs, headboards, footstools, covers, or other items that are made-to-order at the time of order, the right of withdrawal applies for 14 days from the date the order was placed. This is because the item is specially ordered or custom-made. For exercising the right of withdrawal after 14 days from placing the order, 30% of the product price will not be refunded.
• In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, MELIMELI offers an extended return policy of a total of 100 days on our furniture, under the same conditions as the right of withdrawal. To exercise your right of return, the product must be in saleable condition in unopened packaging.

If your product was an in-stock item at the time of order, the full product price will be refunded upon approved return. No shipping or return costs will be refunded.
If your product was a made-to-order item, 70% of the product price will be refunded, with the 30% down payment being non-refundable. No shipping or return costs will be refunded.

• The extended right of return does not apply to products from our range of interior details.
• Extended right of return during Christmas for interior details: To ensure you feel confident with your Christmas gift purchases, we have extended the right of return. For all orders placed during November and December, the right of return applies until January 7th. This applies to unopened packaging and upon presentation of a receipt or order number.
• To return an item, please contact us: info@melimelihome.se.
• Please note that a deduction may be made if the product's value has decreased as a result of it being handled more than necessary to determine its characteristics or function. This may apply, for example, if the return conditions are not met, such as the product not being in new condition or the original packaging being damaged or missing.

Refund

• Refunds are processed once the return has been received and approved.
• When exercising the right of withdrawal, the full sum for the product will be refunded. Please note that if the item has already been shipped, the shipping cost will not be refunded, and you as the customer are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• In case of return, you as the customer are responsible for the condition of the item during return shipping.
• Return shipping for interior details is SEK 150. For furniture, return shipping is the same as the shipping price you paid when ordering and delivering your furniture.

Unclaimed packages or goods

• If you, as a customer, do not pick up your item from the agent within the specified timeframe from PostNord or DHL, it will be returned to us as an unclaimed package. This administrative cost applies to smaller items shipped with PostNord or DHL, regardless of order value.
• If you, as a customer, have chosen the "Pick Up Yourself" shipping option, the following applies:

For smaller interior details that can be picked up at our store in Stockholm, your item will be ready for collection for 14 days from when we processed your order. If you have not picked up your item within that timeframe, the item will be returned to stock and you will be charged an administrative fee of SEK 50. The remaining amount will be refunded to your chosen payment method.
