SWEDEN

Delivery time

• Home decor items such as blankets, cushion covers, bedding, and ceramics are normally shipped within 2-7 business days.
• In-stock furniture is normally shipped within 3-14 business days.
• Made-to-order furniture is normally shipped within 6-8 weeks.During high season, summer and Christmas, made-to-order items are shipped within 9-11 weeks instead.

Delivery and carrying in

• Throughout Sweden, you can choose between kerbside delivery or delivery with carrying in to a specified location. The prices for this depend on where in the country you live and are displayed at checkout when you enter your postcode. Please note that carrying indoes notinclude unboxing, assembly, or removal of packaging.
• In some parts of the country, you can also choose assembly with your delivery. This is subject to an additional cost and applies to our sofas, armchairs, and ottomans, which are assembled by delivery personnel on site.
• If you have ordered products from our home decor range with the delivery method "Delivery to Post Office Agent", these will be sent with PostNord or DHL to your nearest Post Office agent. This also applies to home decor products ordered in conjunction with a larger piece of furniture, such as a sofa or armchair.
• If you have ordered products from our home decor range with the delivery method "Collect Yourself", these can be collected from our store in Gamla Stan.
• Please make sure to measure doorways, staircases, and other areas that may restrict access during delivery. As a consumer, you are responsible for ensuring that the furniture you have ordered can be delivered to the desired location. Returns due to limited space will be treated as standard returns where you, the customer, will be charged for failed delivery.
• Please note that as a customer, you will be charged for return shipping and any new shipping costs if you are not home or for any other reason cannot receive your item at the agreed delivery time.

Archipelago deliveries

• For deliveries to the archipelago, delivery usually takes place to thelast accessible location by car road. If you wish to have delivery further out into the archipelago, for example to aferry terminal or jetty on the island, this can in some cases be arranged at anadditional cost. Please contact our customer service atinfo@melimelihome.sewhen placing your order, and we will investigate the possibilities and provide a price proposal. Please note that delivery to a private jetty requires the jetty to beaccessible and safe for transport, and that the transporter can dock with a boat.

Assembly

• All furniture is generally delivered fully assembled in one piece (1 package). This does not apply to our modular sofas, where each module is delivered separately.
• Depending on the fabric choice, our Luca 3-seater sofas are delivered with one or both armrests disassembled.

Right of withdrawal and return

• If your item was in stock at the time of your order, you have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.The item must be in unused condition, with undamaged packaging and all labels intact.
• For sofas, armchairs, headboards, ottomans, covers or other items that are made-to-order at the time of order, the right of withdrawal applies for 14 days from the date the order was placed. This is because the item is specially ordered or custom-made. If the right of withdrawal is exercised after 14 days from the placed order, 30% of the product price will not be refunded.
• In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days, MELIMELI offers an extended right of return of a total of 100 days on our furniture, under the same conditions as for the right of withdrawal. To exercise your right of return, the product must be in saleable condition in unopened packaging/wrapping.
  
  If your product was in stock at the time of ordering, the full product price will be refunded upon approved return. No shipping or return costs will be refunded.
  If your product was a made-to-order item, 70% of the product price will be refunded, with the 30% down payment being non-refundable. No shipping or return costs will be refunded.
  
  
• The extended right of return does not apply to products from our range of home decor items.
• Extended right of return during Christmas for home decor items:To ensure you feel confident with your Christmas gift purchases, we have extended the right of return. For all orders placed in November and December, the right of return applies until January 7th. This applies to unopened packaging and upon presentation of a receipt or order number.

• Please note that a deduction may be made if the product's value has decreased as a result of it being handled more than necessary to determine its characteristics or function. This may apply, for example, if the return conditions are not met, such as the product not being in new condition or the original packaging or wrapping being damaged or missing.

• When exercising the right of withdrawal, the full amount for the product will be refunded. Please note that if the item has already been shipped, the shipping cost will not be refunded and you, the customer, are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• In the event of a return, you, the customer, are responsible for the condition of the item during return shipping.
• The return shipping for home decor items is 150 SEK. For furniture, the return shipping is the same as the shipping price you paid when ordering and delivering your furniture.

Unclaimed packages or goods

• If you, as a customer, do not pick up your item from the agent within the specified timeframe from PostNord or DHL, it will be sent back to us as an unclaimed package. For this, we charge an administrative fee of 150 SEK, in addition to the costs for shipping and return shipping. This administrative cost applies to smaller items sent with PostNord or DHL, regardless of the order value.
• If you, as a customer, have chosen the shipping option "Collect Yourself", the following applies:
  
  For smaller home decor items that can be collected from our store in Stockholm, your item will be ready for collection for 14 days from the time we processed your order. If you have not collected your item within that timeframe, the item will be returned to stock, and you will be charged an administrative fee of 50 SEK. The remaining amount will be refunded to your chosen payment method.
  
  
• If you, as a customer, for any reason, are not home or cannot receive your item at the agreed delivery time, you will be charged for the return shipping to our warehouse and any new shipping cost.
