Delivery and Carry-in Service

  • Throughout Sweden, you can choose curbside delivery or delivery with carry-in service to a designated location. The prices for this depend on where in the country you live and will be shown at checkout when you enter your postcode. Please note that carry-in servicedoes notinclude unpacking, assembly, or removal of packaging.
  • In some parts of the country, you can also opt for assembly with your delivery. This is available at an extra cost and applies to our sofas, armchairs, and footstools, which are assembled by delivery staff on site.
  • If you have ordered products from our detailed range with the shipping method "Delivery to Postal Agent," these will be sent with PostNord or DHL to your nearest postal agent. This also applies to detailed products ordered in conjunction with a larger piece of furniture, such as a sofa or armchair.
  • If you have ordered products from our detailed range with the shipping method "Self-Pickup," these can be collected from our store in Gamla Stan.

Archipelago Deliveries

  • For deliveries to the archipelago, delivery usually takes place at thelast accessible location by road. If you wish for further delivery into the archipelago, for example, to aferry terminal or island pier, this may in some cases be arranged at anadditional cost. This is because the item is specially ordered or custom-made. If the right of withdrawal is exercised after 14 days from the order date, 30% of the product price will not be refunded.
  • In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, MELIMELI offers an extended return policy of a total of 100 days on our furniture, under the same conditions as the right of withdrawal. To exercise your right of return, the product must be in saleable condition in unopened packaging/wrapping.

    If your product was an in-stock item at the time of ordering, the full product price will be refunded upon approved return. No shipping or return costs will be refunded.
    If your product was a made-to-order item instead, 70% of the product price will be refunded, with the 30% down payment not being refundable. No shipping or return costs will be refunded.

For this, we charge an administrative fee of SEK 150, in addition to the costs for shipping and return shipping. This administrative cost applies to smaller items shipped with PostNord or DHL, regardless of order value.
  • If you, as a customer, chose the "Self-Pickup" shipping option, the following applies:

    For smaller interior details that can be picked up at our store in Stockholm, your item will be ready for pickup for 14 days from the time we processed your order.
