SWEDEN

Delivery Time

• Interior details such as blankets, cushion covers, bedding, and ceramics are usually shipped within 2-7 business days.
• In-stock furniture is usually shipped within 3-14 business days.
• Made-to-order furniture is usually shipped within 6-8 weeks.During peak seasons, summer, and Christmas, made-to-order items are shipped within 9-11 weeks instead.

Delivery and Carry-in Service

• Throughout Sweden, you can choose curbside delivery or delivery with carry-in service to a designated location. The prices for this depend on where in the country you live and will be shown at checkout when you enter your postcode. Please note that carry-in servicedoes notinclude unpacking, assembly, or removal of packaging.
• In some parts of the country, you can also opt for assembly with your delivery. This is available at an extra cost and applies to our sofas, armchairs, and footstools, which are assembled by delivery staff on site.
• If you have ordered products from our detailed range with the shipping method "Delivery to Postal Agent," these will be sent with PostNord or DHL to your nearest postal agent. This also applies to detailed products ordered in conjunction with a larger piece of furniture, such as a sofa or armchair.
• If you have ordered products from our detailed range with the shipping method "Self-Pickup," these can be collected from our store in Gamla Stan.
• Please be careful to measure doorways, stairs, and other spaces that may limit accessibility during delivery. As a consumer, you are responsible for ensuring that the furniture you have ordered can be delivered to the desired location. Returns due to limited space will be treated as standard returns, where you, as the customer, will be charged for failed delivery.
• Please note that you, as the customer, will be charged for return shipping and any new shipping costs if you are not home or for any other reason cannot receive your item at the agreed delivery time.

Archipelago Deliveries

• For deliveries to the archipelago, delivery usually takes place at thelast accessible location by road. If you wish for further delivery into the archipelago, for example, to aferry terminal or island pier, this may in some cases be arranged at anadditional cost. Please contact our customer service atinfo@melimelihome.sewhen placing your order, and we will investigate the possibilities and provide a price quote. Please note that delivery to a private pier requires that the pier isaccessible and safe for transport, and that the carrier can dock with a boat.

Assembly

• All furniture is generally delivered fully assembled in one piece (1 package). This does not apply to our modular sofas, where each module is delivered separately.
• Depending on the fabric choice, our Luca 3-seater sofas are delivered with one or both armrests disassembled.

Right of Withdrawal and Return

• If your item is an in-stock item at the time of your order, you have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.The item must be in unused condition, with undamaged packaging and all tags intact.
• For sofas, armchairs, headboards, footstools, covers, or other items that are made-to-order at the time of the order, the right of withdrawal applies for 14 days from the date the order was placed. This is because the item is specially ordered or custom-made. If the right of withdrawal is exercised after 14 days from the order date, 30% of the product price will not be refunded.
• In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, MELIMELI offers an extended return policy of a total of 100 days on our furniture, under the same conditions as the right of withdrawal. To exercise your right of return, the product must be in saleable condition in unopened packaging/wrapping.
  
  If your product was an in-stock item at the time of ordering, the full product price will be refunded upon approved return. No shipping or return costs will be refunded.
  If your product was a made-to-order item instead, 70% of the product price will be refunded, with the 30% down payment not being refundable. No shipping or return costs will be refunded.
  
  
• The extended return policy does not apply to products from our range of interior details.
• Extended return policy during Christmas for interior details:To ensure you feel secure with your Christmas gift purchases, we have extended the return policy. For all orders placed in November and December, the right of return applies until January 7. This is valid for unopened packaging and upon presentation of a receipt or order number.

• Please note that a deduction may be made if the value of the product has decreased as a result of it being handled more than necessary to determine its characteristics or function. • When exercising the right of withdrawal, the full amount for the product will be refunded. Please note that if the item has already been dispatched, the shipping cost will not be refunded, and you, as the customer, are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• In case of return, you, as the customer, are responsible for the condition of the item during return shipping.
• Return shipping for interior details is SEK 150. For furniture, the return shipping is the same as the shipping price you paid when ordering and receiving your furniture.

Unclaimed Packages or Goods

• If you, as a customer, do not pick up your item from the agent within the specified time frame from PostNord or DHL, it will be returned to us as an unclaimed package. For this, we charge an administrative fee of SEK 150, in addition to the costs for shipping and return shipping. This administrative cost applies to smaller items shipped with PostNord or DHL, regardless of order value.
• If you, as a customer, chose the "Self-Pickup" shipping option, the following applies:
  
  For smaller interior details that can be picked up at our store in Stockholm, your item will be ready for pickup for 14 days from the time we processed your order. If you have not picked up your item within that time frame, the item will be returned to stock, and you will be charged an administrative fee of SEK 50. The remaining amount will be refunded to your chosen payment method.
  
  
• If you, as a customer, for any reason, are not home or cannot receive your item at the agreed delivery time, you will be charged for the return shipping to our warehouse and any new shipping cost.
