Delivery and carrying service

  • Throughout Sweden, you can choose kerbside delivery or delivery with carrying service to the designated location. Prices for this depend on where you live in the country and will be displayed at checkout when you enter your postcode. Please note that carrying service does notinclude unboxing, assembly, or removal of packaging.
  • In some parts of the country, you can also opt for assembly with your delivery. This is available at an extra cost and applies to our sofas, armchairs, and footstools, which are assembled on-site by delivery personnel.
  • If you have ordered products from our retail assortment with the shipping method "Delivery to Post Office Agent", these will be sent with PostNord or DHL to your nearest Post Office agent. This also applies to retail products ordered in conjunction with a larger piece of furniture, such as a sofa or armchair.
  • If you have ordered products from our retail assortment with the shipping method "Pick Up Yourself", these can be collected from our store in Gamla Stan.
  • Please be sure to measure doorways, stairs, and other spaces that may limit accessibility during delivery. Returns due to limited space are handled as standard returns, where you as the customer will be charged for failed delivery.

Archipelago deliveries

  • For deliveries to the archipelago, delivery usually takes place to the last accessible location by car. If you wish for further delivery into the archipelago, for example to a ferry terminal or jetty on the island, this can in some cases be arranged for an additional cost. Please contact our customer service at info@melimelihome.sewhen placing your order so we can investigate the possibilities and provide a price proposal. Please note that delivery to a private jetty requires that the jetty is accessible and safe for transport, and that the carrier can dock with a boat.

  • Depending on the fabric choice, our Luca 3-seater sofas are delivered with one or both armrests disassembled.

  • In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days, MELIMELI offers an extended return policy of a total of 100 days on our furniture, under the same conditions as for the right of withdrawal. To be able to use your right of return, the product must be in saleable condition in unopened packaging/wrapping.

    If your product was an in-stock item at the time of ordering, the full product price will be refunded upon approved return. No shipping or return costs will be refunded.
    If your product was a made-to-order item, 70% of the product price will be refunded, with the 30% down payment not being refundable. No shipping or return costs will be refunded.

  • If you as a customer have chosen the shipping option "Pick Up Yourself," the following applies:

    For smaller home decor items that can be picked up in our store in Stockholm, your item will be ready for pickup for 14 days from the time we processed your order.
