Delivery time

• Interior details such as blankets, cushion covers, bedding, and ceramics are normally shipped within 2-7 working days.
• Furniture in stock is normally shipped within 3-14 working days.
• Made-to-order furniture is normally shipped within 6-8 weeks.During high season, summer, and Christmas, made-to-order items are shipped within 9-11 weeks instead.

Delivery and carrying in

• Throughout Sweden, you can choose curbside delivery or delivery with carrying into the specified location. The prices for this depend on where in the country you live and are displayed at checkout when you enter your postcode. Please note that carrying indoes notinclude unpacking, assembly, or removal of packaging.
• In some parts of the country, you can also choose assembly with your delivery. This is done at an extra cost and applies to our sofas, armchairs, and footstools, which are assembled by delivery staff on site.
• If you have ordered products from our detailed range with the shipping method Delivery to Post Office Agent, these will be sent with PostNord or DHL to your nearest post office agent. This also applies to detailed products ordered in conjunction with a larger piece of furniture, such as a sofa or armchair.
• If you have ordered products from our detailed range with the shipping method Pick Up Yourself, these can be picked up at our store in Gamla Stan.
• Be sure to measure door frames, staircases, and other spaces that may limit accessibility during delivery. As a consumer, you are responsible for ensuring that the furniture you have ordered can be delivered to the desired location. Returns due to limited space are handled as standard returns where you, as the customer, are charged for failed delivery.
• Please note that you as the customer will be charged for return shipping and any new shipping costs if you are not at home or for any other reason cannot receive your item at the agreed delivery time.

Archipelago deliveries

• For deliveries to the archipelago, delivery usually takes place at thelast accessible location by road. If you wish for delivery further out into the archipelago, for example, to aferry terminal or jetty on the island, this can in some cases be arranged at anadditional cost. Please contact our customer service atinfo@melimelihome.sein connection with your order, and we will investigate the possibilities and return with a price proposal. Please note that delivery to a private jetty requires that the jetty isaccessible and safe for transport, and that the carrier can dock with a boat.

Assembly

• All furniture is generally delivered fully assembled in one piece (1 package). This does not apply to our modular sofas, where each module is delivered separately.
• Depending on the fabric choice, our Luca 3-seater sofas are delivered with one or both armrests disassembled.

Right of withdrawal and returns

• If your item is in stock at the time of your order, you have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.The item must be in unused condition, with undamaged packaging and all labels intact.
• For sofas, armchairs, headboards, footstools, covers, or other items that are made-to-order at the time of order, the right of withdrawal applies for 14 days from the date the order was placed. This is because the item is specially ordered or custom-made. If the right of withdrawal is exercised after 14 days from the placed order, 30% of the product price will not be refunded.
• In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, MELIMELI offers an extended return policy of a total of 100 days on our furniture, under the same conditions as the right of withdrawal. To exercise your right of return, the product must be in saleable condition in unopened packaging/wrapping.
  
  If your product was in stock at the time of ordering, the full product price will be refunded upon approved return. No shipping or return costs will be refunded.
  If your product was a made-to-order item, 70% of the product price will be refunded, with a 30% down payment non-refundable. No shipping or return costs will be refunded.

• Return shipping for interior details is SEK 150. For furniture, return shipping is the same as the shipping price you paid when ordering and delivering your furniture.

Uncollected packages or items

• If you as a customer do not collect your item from the agent within the specified time frame from PostNord or DHL, it will be returned to us as an unclaimed package. For this, we charge an administrative fee of SEK 150, in addition to the costs for shipping and return shipping. This administrative cost applies to smaller items sent with PostNord or DHL, regardless of order value.
• If you as a customer have chosen the "Pick Up Yourself" shipping option, the following applies:
  
  For smaller interior details that can be picked up at our store in Stockholm, your item will be ready for collection for 14 days from when we processed your order. If you have not collected your item within that time frame, the item will be returned to stock, and you will be charged an administrative fee of SEK 50. The remaining amount will be refunded to your chosen payment method.
