Delivery and carrying in

  • Throughout Sweden, you can choose kerbside delivery or delivery with carrying into the specified location. The prices for this depend on where you live in the country and are shown at checkout when you enter your postcode. Please note that carrying indoes notinclude unpacking, assembly, or removal of packaging.
  • In some parts of the country, you can also choose assembly with your delivery. This is subject to an additional cost and applies to our sofas, armchairs and footstools, which are assembled by delivery staff on site.
  • If you have ordered products from our detailed assortment with the shipping method Delivery to Post Office Agent, these will be sent by PostNord or DHL to your nearest post office agent. Archipelago deliveries

  • For deliveries to the archipelago, delivery usually takes place at thelast place accessible by car. If you wish to have a delivery further out into the archipelago, for example to aferry terminal or jetty on the island, this can in some cases be arranged at anadditional cost. Please contact our customer service atinfo@melimelihome.sewhen placing your order so that we can investigate the possibilities and provide a price proposal. Please note that delivery to a private jetty requires that the jetty isaccessible and safe for transport, and that the transporter can dock with a boat.

  • Depending on the fabric choice, our Luca 3-seater sofas are delivered with one or both armrests disassembled.

  • In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days, MELIMELI offers an extended right of return of a total of 100 days on our furniture, under the same conditions as for the right of withdrawal. To exercise your right of return, the product must be in saleable condition in unopened packaging/wrapping.

    If your product was in stock at the time of ordering, the full product price will be refunded upon approved return. No shipping or return costs will be refunded.
    If your product was a custom order, 70% of the product price will be refunded, with a 30% down payment non-refundable. No shipping or return costs will be refunded.

    For smaller interior details that can be picked up at our store in Stockholm, your item will be ready for collection for 14 days from the time we processed your order.
