SWEDEN
Delivery Time
- Interior design items such as blankets, cushion covers, and ceramics are normally shipped within 2-7 business days.
Delivery and In-home Delivery
- If you have ordered products from our retail range with the shipping method "Delivery to Service Point," these will be sent with PostNord or DHL to your nearest service point. This also applies to retail products ordered in conjunction with a larger piece of furniture, such as a sofa or armchair.
- If you have ordered products from our retail range with the shipping method "Pickup," these can be collected from our store in Gamla Stan.
- Please note that as a customer, you will be charged for return shipping and any new shipping costs if you are not home or for any other reason cannot receive your item at the agreed delivery time.
Right of Withdrawal and Return
- If your item is in stock at the time of your order, you have the right to return your item within 14 days from the date your order was received.The item must be in unused condition, with undamaged packaging and all tags intact.
- If your product was in stock at the time of ordering, the full product price will be refunded upon approved return. No shipping or return costs will be refunded.
- Extended return policy during Christmas for interior design items:To ensure you feel confident with your Christmas gift purchases, we have extended the return policy. For all orders placed during November and December, the right of return applies until January 10th. This applies to unopened packaging and upon presentation of a receipt or order number.

- Please note that a deduction may be made if the product's value has decreased as a result of being handled more than necessary to determine its characteristics or function. This may apply, for example, if the return conditions are not met, such as the product not being in new condition or if the original packaging or wrapping is damaged or missing.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued once the return has been received and approved.
- When exercising the right of withdrawal, the full amount for the product will be refunded. Please note that if the item has already been shipped, the shipping cost will not be refunded, and you as the customer are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- In case of a return, you as the customer are responsible for the condition of the item during return shipping.
- Return shipping for interior design items is 150 SEK.
Unclaimed Packages or Goods
- If you, as a customer, do not pick up your item at the service point within the specified timeframe from PostNord or DHL, it will be returned to us as an unclaimed package. For this, we charge an administrative fee of 150 SEK, in addition to the costs for shipping and return shipping. This administrative cost applies to smaller items shipped with PostNord or DHL, regardless of order value.
- If you, as a customer, have chosen the shipping option "Pickup," the following applies:
- For smaller interior design items that can be picked up in our store in Stockholm, your item will be ready for pickup for 14 days from the date we processed your order. If you do not pick up your item within that timeframe, the item will be returned to stock, and you will be charged an administrative fee of 50 SEK. The remaining amount will be refunded to your chosen payment method.
