Delivery time

• Home decor items such as blankets, cushion covers, and ceramics are normally shipped within 2-7 business days.

Delivery and carrying in

• If you have ordered products from our retail assortment with the shipping method "Delivery to Service Point," these will be sent with PostNord or DHL to your nearest service point. This also applies to detail products ordered in conjunction with a larger piece of furniture, such as a sofa or armchair.
• If you have ordered products from our retail assortment with the shipping method "Pick Up Yourself," these can be collected at our store in Gamla Stan.
• Please note that as a customer, you will be charged for return shipping and any new shipping costs if you are not at home or for any other reason cannot receive your item at the agreed delivery time.

Right of withdrawal and return

• If your item is in stock at the time of your order, you have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.The item must be in unused condition, with undamaged packaging and all labels intact.
• If your product was in stock at the time of order, the full price of the product will be refunded upon approved return. No shipping or return costs will be refunded.
  
• Extended return policy during Christmas for home decor items:To ensure you feel secure with your Christmas gift purchases, we have extended the return policy. For all orders placed during November and December, the right of return applies until January 10. This applies to unopened packaging and upon presentation of a receipt or order number.

• Please note that a deduction may be made if the product's value has decreased as a result of being handled more than necessary to ascertain its characteristics or function. • Return shipping for home decor items is 150 SEK.

Unclaimed packages or goods

• If you as a customer do not collect your item from the agent within the specified timeframe from PostNord or DHL, it will be returned to us as an unclaimed package. For this, we charge an administrative fee of 150 SEK, in addition to the costs for shipping and return shipping. This administrative cost applies to smaller items sent with PostNord or DHL, regardless of the order value.
• If you, as a customer, have chosen the shipping option "Pick Up Yourself," the following applies:
  - For smaller home decor items that can be picked up at our store in Stockholm, your item will be ready for collection for 14 days from the date we processed your order. If you do not pick up your item within that timeframe, the item will be returned to stock, and you will be charged an administrative fee of 50 SEK. The remaining amount will be refunded to your chosen payment method.
