Luca Grande 2-Seat Sofa Dotted Brown

Care Instructions

Dry cleaning is recommended for all MELIMELI furniture. Our linen blend is a living material that changes and becomes more beautiful over time.

To extend the life and maintain the comfort of your seat cushions and back cushions, regular care is essential. We have gathered some simple tips to ensure your cushions remain soft and supportive.

FLUFF REGULARLY

Seat cushions and back cushions should be fluffed once a week. For seat cushions, it works best to stand them on their edge or pat them from the side. Back cushions should be fluffed by placing them flat and then fluffing or patting them.

ROTATE INNER CUSHIONS

To distribute pressure evenly, rotate the inner cushions of both seat and back cushions approximately every six months.

VARY YOUR SEATING POSITION

Another useful trick is to swap the positions of your back and seat cushions occasionally, as we often tend to sit in the same spot on the sofa. This helps to even out wear and prolong the life of the cushions.

• Furniture in stock is normally shipped within 3-14 business days.
• Custom-made furniture is normally shipped within 6-8 weeks.During high season, summer, and Christmas, custom orders are shipped within 9-11 weeks instead.

Delivery and Carry-in

The prices for this depend on where in the country you live and are displayed at checkout when you enter your postal code. Please note that carry-in does notinclude unpacking, assembly, or removal of packaging.
• In some parts of the country, you can also choose assembly with your delivery. This is subject to an additional cost and applies to our sofas, armchairs, and footstools, which are assembled on-site by delivery personnel.
• If you have ordered products from our detail range with the "Delivery to Post Office Agent" shipping method, these will be sent with PostNord or DHL to your nearest Post Office agent. This also applies to detail products ordered in conjunction with a larger piece of furniture, such as a sofa or armchair.

• Please note that you as the customer will be charged for return shipping and any new shipping costs if you are not at home or for any other reason cannot receive your item at the agreed delivery time.

Archipelago Deliveries

• For deliveries to the archipelago, delivery normally takes place to the last accessible location by road. If you wish for further delivery into the archipelago, for example to a ferry terminal or jetty on the island, this can in some cases be arranged for an additional cost. Please contact our customer service at info@melimelihome.sewhen placing your order, and we will investigate the possibilities and provide a price proposal. Please note that delivery to a private jetty requires that the jetty is accessible and safe for transport, and that the carrier can moor with a boat.
