Luca Grande 2-Seat Sofa True White

Care instructions

Dry cleaning is recommended for all MELIMELI furniture. Our linen blend is a living material that changes and becomes more beautiful over time.

To prolong the life and preserve the comfort of your seat cushions and back cushions, regular care is essential. We have compiled some simple tips to ensure that your cushions remain soft and supportive.

FLUFF REGULARLY

Seat cushions and back cushions should be fluffed once a week. For seat cushions, it works best to stand them on their side or hit them from the side. Back cushions should be fluffed by placing them flat and then fluffing or hitting them.

TURN THE INNER CUSHIONS

To distribute the pressure evenly, turn the inner cushions in both seat cushions and back cushions approximately every six months.

VARY YOUR SEATING POSITION

Another useful tip is to swap the position of your back and seat cushions from time to time, as we often tend to sit in the same spot on the sofa. This helps to even out wear and tear and extends the life of the cushions.

SWEDEN

Delivery time

• Interior details such as blankets, cushion covers, bedding, and ceramics are normally shipped within 2-7 business days.
• In-stock furniture is normally shipped within 3-14 business days.
• Made-to-order furniture is normally shipped within 6-8 weeks. During peak season, summer, and Christmas, made-to-order items are shipped within 9-11 weeks.

Delivery and carrying in

• Throughout Sweden, you can choose curbside delivery or delivery with carrying in to a designated spot. The prices for this depend on where in the country you live and are shown at checkout when you enter your postal code. Please note that carrying in does notinclude unpacking, assembly, or removal of packaging.
• In some parts of the country, you can also choose assembly with your delivery. This is done at an extra cost and applies to our sofas, armchairs, and footstools, which are assembled on-site by delivery personnel.
• If you have ordered products from our details assortment with the shipping method "Delivery to Service Point," these will be sent with PostNord or DHL to your nearest service point. This also applies to detailed products ordered in conjunction with a larger piece of furniture, such as a sofa or armchair.
• If you have ordered products from our details assortment with the "Self-Pickup" shipping method, these can be collected from our store in Gamla Stan.
• Be sure to measure door frames, stairs, and other spaces that may limit accessibility during delivery. As a consumer, you are responsible for ensuring that the furniture you ordered can be delivered to the desired location. Returns due to limited space are handled as regular returns where you, as the customer, will be charged for failed delivery.
• Please note that as a customer, you will be charged for return shipping and any new shipping costs if you are not home or for any other reason cannot receive your item at the agreed delivery time.

Archipelago deliveries

• For deliveries to the archipelago, delivery normally takes place at the last accessible location by road. If you wish for further delivery into the archipelago, for example to a ferry terminal or jetty on the island, this can in some cases be arranged at an additional cost. Contact our customer service at info@melimelihome.sewhen placing your order, and we will investigate the possibilities and provide a price proposal. Please note that delivery to a private jetty requires that the jetty is accessible and safe for transport, and that the carrier can moor with a boat.

Assembly

• All furniture is generally delivered fully assembled in one piece (1 package). This does not apply to our modular sofas, where each module is delivered separately.
• Depending on the fabric choice, our Luca 3-seater sofas are delivered with one or both armrests disassembled.

Right of withdrawal and return

• If your item was in stock at the time of your order, you have the right to return your item within 14 days from the date your order was received. The item must be in unused condition, with undamaged packaging and all labels intact.
• For sofas, armchairs, headboards, footstools, upholstery, or other items that are made-to-order at the time of order, the right of withdrawal applies for 14 days from the date the order was placed. This is because the item is custom-ordered or custom-made. If the right of withdrawal is exercised after 14 days from the placed order, 30% of the product price will not be refunded.
• In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, MELIMELI offers an extended return policy of a total of 100 days on our furniture, under the same conditions as the right of withdrawal. To exercise your right of return, the product must be in saleable condition in unopened packaging.

• Please note that a deduction may be made if the product's value has decreased as a result of handling more than necessary to determine its characteristics or function. This may apply, for example, if the return conditions are not met, such as the product not being in new condition or if the original packaging is damaged or missing.

Refund

• Refunds are made when the return has been received and approved.
• When exercising the right of withdrawal, the full amount for the product will be refunded. Please note that if the item has already been shipped, the shipping cost will not be refunded, and you, as the customer, will bear the cost of return shipping.
• For returns, you, as the customer, are responsible for the condition of the item during return shipping.
• Return shipping for interior details is 150 SEK. For furniture, return shipping is the same as the shipping price you paid when ordering and delivering your furniture.
