SWEDEN

Delivery time

• Interior design items such as blankets, cushion covers and ceramics are normally shipped within 2-7 working days.

Delivery and carrying in

• If you have ordered products from our retail range with the shipping method "Delivery to Service Point", these will be sent with PostNord or DHL to your nearest service point. This also applies to retail products ordered in conjunction with a larger piece of furniture, such as a sofa or armchair.
• If you have ordered products from our retail range with the shipping method "Pick Up Yourself", these can be collected from our store in Gamla Stan.
• Please note that you as a customer will be charged for return shipping and any new shipping costs if you are not at home or for any other reason cannot receive your goods at the agreed delivery time.

Right of withdrawal and return

• If your item is in stock at the time of your order, you have the right to return your item within 14 days of receipt of your order.The item must be in unused condition, with undamaged packaging and all labels intact.
• If your product was in stock at the time of ordering, the full price of the product will be refunded upon approved return. No shipping or return costs will be refunded.
  
• Extended right of return during Christmas for interior design items:To ensure you feel secure with your Christmas gift purchases, we have extended the right of return. For all orders placed during November and December, the right of return applies until January 10. This is valid for unopened packaging and upon presentation of a receipt or order number.

• Please note that a deduction may be made if the product's value has decreased as a result of it being handled more than necessary to determine its characteristics or function. This may apply, for example, if the return conditions are not met, such as the product not being in new condition or the original packaging or wrapping being damaged or missing.

Refund

• Refunds will be issued once the return has been received and approved.
• If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the full sum for the product will be refunded. Please note that if the item has already been shipped, the shipping cost will not be refunded and you as a customer are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• In case of return, you as the customer are responsible for the condition of the goods during return shipping.
• Return shipping for interior design items is 150 SEK.

Unclaimed packages or goods

• If you as a customer do not collect your item from the agent within the specified time frame from PostNord or DHL, it will be sent back to us as an unclaimed package. For this, we charge an administrative fee of 150 SEK, in addition to the costs for shipping and return shipping. This administrative cost applies to smaller items sent with PostNord or DHL, regardless of the order value.
• If you as a customer have chosen the shipping option "Pick Up Yourself", the following applies:
  - For smaller interior design items that can be collected from our store in Stockholm, your item will be ready for collection for 14 days from the date we processed your order. If you have not collected your item within that time frame, the item will be returned to stock and you will be charged an administrative fee of 50 SEK. The remaining amount will be refunded to your chosen payment method.
