SWEDEN

Delivery time

• Interior details such as blankets, cushion covers, bed linen, and ceramics are normally shipped within 2-7 business days.
• In-stock furniture is normally shipped within 3-14 business days.
• Made-to-order furniture is normally shipped within 6-8 weeks.During peak seasons, summer, and Christmas, made-to-order items are shipped within 9-11 weeks instead.

Delivery and in-home delivery

• Throughout Sweden, you can choose curbside delivery or delivery with in-home placement to the designated spot. The prices for this depend on where in the country you live and are displayed at checkout when you enter your postcode. Please note that in-home deliverydoes notinclude unpacking, assembly, or removal of packaging.
• In some parts of the country, you can also choose assembly with your delivery. This incurs an additional cost and applies to our sofas, armchairs, and ottomans, which are assembled by delivery personnel on site.
• If you have ordered products from our detailed assortment with the shipping method Delivery to Service Point, these will be sent with PostNord or DHL to your nearest service point. This also applies to detail products ordered in conjunction with a larger piece of furniture, such as a sofa or armchair.
• If you have ordered products from our detailed assortment with the shipping method Pick Up Yourself, these can be collected from our store in Gamla Stan.
• Be sure to measure doorways, stairs, and other spaces that may limit accessibility during delivery. As a consumer, you are responsible for ensuring that the furniture you ordered can be delivered to the desired location. Returns due to limited space are handled as regular returns where you, as the customer, will be charged for failed delivery.
• Please note that you, as the customer, will be charged for the return shipping and any new shipping costs if you are not at home or for any other reason cannot receive your item at the agreed delivery time.

Archipelago deliveries

• For deliveries to the archipelago, delivery normally takes place to thelast accessible point by car road. If you wish for further delivery into the archipelago, for example to aferry terminal or jetty on the island, this can in some cases be arranged at anadditional cost. Contact our customer service atinfo@melimelihome.sein connection with your order, and we will investigate the possibilities and provide a price proposal. Please note that delivery to a private jetty requires the jetty to beaccessible and safe for transport, and that the carrier can moor a boat.

Assembly

• All furniture is generally delivered fully assembled in one piece (1 package). This does not apply to our modular sofas where each module is delivered separately.
• Depending on the fabric choice, our Luca 3-seater sofas are delivered with one or both armrests disassembled.

Right of withdrawal and return

• If your item is in stock at the time of your order, you have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.The item must be in unused condition, with undamaged packaging and all labels intact.
• For sofas, armchairs, headboards, ottomans, covers, or other items that are made-to-order at the time of order, the right of withdrawal applies for 14 days from the date the order was placed. This is because the item is specially ordered or custom-made. If the right of withdrawal is exercised after 14 days from the placed order, 30% of the product price will not be refunded.
• In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, MELIMELI offers an extended return policy of a total of 100 days on our furniture, under the same conditions as for the right of withdrawal. To exercise your right of return, the product must be in a resalable condition in an unopened package/packaging.
  
  If your product was in stock at the time of order, the full product price will be refunded upon approved return. No shipping or return costs will be refunded.
  If your product was instead made-to-order, 70% of the product price will be refunded, with the 30% down payment being non-refundable. No shipping or return costs will be refunded.
  
  
• The extended right of return does not apply to products from our range of interior details.
• Extended return policy during Christmas for interior details:To ensure you feel confident with your Christmas gift purchases, we have extended the return policy. For all orders placed in November and December, the return policy applies until January 7th. This applies to unopened packaging and upon presentation of a receipt or order number.

• Please note that a deduction may be made if the product's value has decreased as a result of handling more than necessary to determine its characteristics or function. This may apply, for example, if the return conditions are not met, such as the product not being in new condition or the original packaging being damaged or missing.

Refund

• When exercising the right of withdrawal, the full amount for the product will be refunded. Please note that if the item has already been shipped, the shipping cost will not be refunded, and you as the customer are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• In case of a return, you as the customer are responsible for the condition of the item during return shipping.
• The return shipping cost for interior details is 150 SEK. For furniture, the return shipping cost is the same as the shipping price you paid when ordering and delivering your furniture.

Unclaimed packages or items

• If you, as a customer, do not pick up your item from the agent within the specified timeframe from PostNord or DHL, it will be returned to us as an unclaimed package. For this, we charge an administrative fee of 150 SEK, in addition to the costs for shipping and return shipping. This administrative cost applies to smaller items shipped with PostNord or DHL, regardless of the order value.
• If you, as a customer, have chosen the "Pick Up Yourself" shipping option, the following applies:
  
  For smaller interior details that can be picked up in our Stockholm store, your item will be ready for pickup for 14 days from the time we processed your order. If you have not picked up your item within that timeframe, the item will be returned to stock and you will be charged an administrative fee of 50 SEK. The remaining amount will be refunded to your chosen payment method.
  
  
• If you, as a customer, for any reason, are not at home or cannot receive your item at the agreed delivery time, you will be charged for the return shipping to our warehouse and any new shipping cost.
